The living room has plenty of seating room with 2 couches and chairs for viewing the 55 inch smart TV that is mounted above a natural wood burning fireplace. Basic Cable TV, Blu-ray player, and WiFi for utilizing your Netflix and Amazon prime accounts. The living room also has a square table that seats 8. Great for game playing. The kitchen is updated with new oak cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with dishes, flatware, cookware, and everything you will need to prepare you own meals. It has a Keurig and all the coffee you can drink. There is a table that seats 6 and an island that seats 4. The bathrooms have been fully updated. The full bath has a shower/bath and is accessible from the main hall near the bedrooms. It has a walking/running path that is great for getting outside. There are about a dozen foxes that live in the space and you will typically see a few of them. There is a playground in the park that you can walk to. A few things you should know. - this unit does not have an AC unit, the upstairs does which keeps the temperature in the basement around 70 degrees.
