Come visit our property and experience all that Grand Haven has to offer. 2 Bedrooms upstairs 2 baths with laundry. Kitchen and gathering space on the second floor with half bath. Bathroom and bunk beds on the ground floor. Garage, with bikes for getting to the beautiful downtown Grand Haven and Beach. Beach towels provided along with beach chairs. We chose this property because we've been coming to Grand Haven for 20 years camping and boating. Theres so much to do and your just steps away from the bike path that takes you along the marina and down the channel. The board walk and outdoor pavilion ate great fo watching concerts, musical fountain, fire works and watching boats on the channel as they come and go. Summers are great in Michigan and there's so many pubs and restaurants you'll want to visit. Don't forget Coast Guard Festival and the Art Show that happens every year. So many great things to do and see. The designated parking space is next to the flight of stairs to the 2nd floor’s secured main entrance where you will enter with your own private code, no need to go to any specially designated place or lock boxes. The Space: The garage level opens into a finished rec room/basement area. Here you will find board games, beach gear; towels, chairs, a cooler & beach cart, TV/gaming, a highchair, stroller, and baby gates, and a queen sofa sleeper. The stairs take you to the 2nd floor and main entrance; the 2 bedrooms, full bath, and laundry are located here - complete with plenty of comfy bedding, pillows, and towels for all. Stairs on this floor lead you up to the beautiful 3rd floor for your balcony views off the living room. The well-supplied kitchen & 1/2 bath are also on this level for you to enjoy! You’ll find many little extras throughout the condo for your use. Furnished 2nd floor year round vacation cottage rental in downtown Grand Haven. Park your car in the driveway and walk to downtown, Chinook Pier, the Farmers Market, local restaurants, shops and live music. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home was originally built in 1880. It retains a lot of it's old charm with a Clawfoot tub (with shower), pedestal bathroom sink, whitewashed wood ceiling and plaster walls. It has a full size washer/dryer, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, wifi. This is a great vacation spot in the heart of Grand Haven. I love nice linens and quality bath products and I provide the best to my guests as well. The queen bed is memory foam and the pillows are comfortable so you will be too. The couches are comfortable and there is a smart TV in the living room. Please note: This unit is on the second floor of a duplex. Because the home was built in 1880, the stairs were built on more steep incline than modern steps. It is not a good option for children or people with mobility issues. You're renting an entire house that has been nicely remodeled and has granite countertops and a walk in tiled shower. You're a 5-10 minute drive to the beach and a ten minute walk to downtown. Everything in the house was brand new in 2021 including hybrid mattresses on every bed, all new furniture, linens, towels, rugs, dishes and cookware. It is set up for a simple cookout or a full on holiday meal with an extremely well stocked kitchen. In the summer it will be stocked with everything you need for a great day at the beach including towels, chairs, beach toys and floaties and even a wagon to haul them in.
