Like the other homes on the lake in our neighborhood, our water comes from a well so we provide a reverse osmosis water system in the kitchen to improve the taste.The garage studio apartment includes a queen bed and two twin beds and a full bathroom with shower. The studio is fronted with a small porch for enjoying the outdoors. Two large decks are included - one screened-in deck attached to the lake house looking over the backyard and lake, and the other on top of two lakeside boat slips and dock that is great for jumping in the water and cooling off! The boat slips are available for your use - please notify us if you wish to use them - we need to provide additional information for their operation.
