Additional supplies are guests’ responsibility.Towels (including pool towels) and bed linens are included.Maintenance:Weekly garden and pool maintenance takes place on Mondays or Wednesdays by staff.Monthly reservations:Monthly Discount is Available for long-term bookings.Utilities like Gas, water, and electricity are not included in the price. For monthly rentals, an additional charge of approximately €150 will be added based on usage.the Jacuzzi/ Heating pool will Not be included for stays longer than 30 days.Pet Policy: There is a pet fee of €90 for up to 2 pets.
