The house has been recently renovated, has a new central heating system and offers a cosy living room with wood burner plus a large, fully equipped, modern kitchen diner, perfect for long dinners or longer card games. The two upstairs bedrooms are king sized with the option for bedroom two to be made up as a king or a twin bedroom. Downstairs there is a further small bedroom which can be used as a single or twin, perfect for 1 or 2 children or, being located next to the downstairs WC, useful for anyone with mobility issues. Spacious bathroom upstairs with bath and walk-in shower.Outside there is a pretty, part paved part gravel garden with table and chairs. The garden is fully enclosed and dogs are welcome. Off road parking is available for one car. The room heights are not reduced just doorways. There is also one step between rooms on the ground floor - Porch to lounge, lounge to kitchen and lounge to twin bedroom.
