地址還是很好找的，就是自己要拎行李上樓，窗外風景很優美，第二天的早飯提前勾選好放門口就行～衞生間很大很明亮，房間大門有點老舊～ 門口附近有停車位，每天18:00-次日8:00免費停，除此時間段外每天有1.5小時免費停，周圍有家可愛的糖果店

コッツウォルズにもはばひろく難しかったです。予約する時にはいきたい場所と立地を調べたほうがいいです。電車も割と不便でした。

So disappointed with this accommodation. I knew it would be a small room so that wasn’t a problem. It was the condition of the room. Paintwork all scuffed, bedside tables swayed from side to side when touched, window frame rotting, the room just looked tired. A bit of tlc would make such a difference. If you are there on a Wednesday it must be delivery day to chip restaurant underneath, you get woken before 6 in the morning when the delivery is being unloaded. Spoilt our stay really, think advertising pictures need updating as giving a false impression. On the plus side, view from room was beautiful and breakfast delicious.

My family of 3 booked into the Dirham Suite, for one night. We had a 2 bedroom suite with one bathroom on the top floor of an old building in the center of town, on the main street. Bourton is one of the many quaint little villages scattered throughout the Cotswolds. There's a little stream that runs through the town and the little green park adjacent to it appeared to be the main gathering area for tourists. Our windows overlooked the main street, the green and the stream. Our rooms were just above a fish and chips shop. There were several other eating places around, including a couple of ice cream shops and a reasonably interesting jewelry store and a few pubs. The rooms were quite well appointed. There were two double beds put together for a king-size bed. A couple of arm chairs and tray tables to have break fast in bed and a small refrigerator and old fashioned mirror rounded out the quaint but comfortable accommodations. The beds were very well made and we had a great night's sleep. The cooked English Breakfast was by order the previous night with the kitchen below and was delivered to our door the next morning. My son and I had the all meat, eggs and toast version and my wife the avocado sandwich. We missed ordering coffee and juice on the order form, and used the in room kettle to make some tea. It's a great place for a one night stay.bathroom is a bit tight and old fashioned. We had to lug our bags up a few flight of steps, but the suites were all quiet and private and we hardly met any others in the building. Ideal location to explore bourton thoroughly. The owners provided ample information about parking, access to the property, Breakfast and other procedures. We only bumped into the cleaner when we arrived as he was getting our room ready for us.

5/5 for this accommodation as you most definitely get what you pay for - if you book the right room. Dollar or Sterling you can’t go wrong - spacious, airy, luxury king size bed, towels & toiletries, super sized bathroom, cute seating area in bay to eat room served breakfast, views to die for directly over green & river. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. It’s a self service apartment but everything provided from breakfast in bed, milk, water, tissues & teas/coffees. Only thing I’d say is this year we noticed a few scratches, scuff marks, chips & paint missing, which will happen, but easily addressed by owners. We will be back next year for our 4th visit.

Overlooking a stunning river, but also had the continual crowd of people outside during daylight hours. Had an awful sleep due to the humidity, we only had a fan, no air conditioner. Appreciated the included water. The kettle was filthy & I wouldn’t use it. For the price I expected better.

We have recently got back from spending the night here. Firstly the location couldn't be better you are minutes walk from everything. The one downside is there is no parking but 5 mins walk away there is a car park which is free overnight but just make sure you select the correct time to make sure you don't get a ticket. The check in process is easy as you get all the information you could possibly need before you check in. This has all the codes and instructions for check in. We stayed in the euro room which had a big bay window overlooking the river at the front of the hotel. The room was bigger than we expected so that was a nice surprise and we got an even bigger surprise when we saw the bathroom. It is HUGE!. The room had a fan and a fridge which again was a plus. We couldn't have been happier with our choice but there are a few minor details that stopped me giving this 5 stars. Firstly the robes looked like they had seen better days and definitely needed replacing and there was only 1 of them so no good when 2 of us had booked in also the towels looked like they could do with refreshing as they weren't as white as we would expect. Secondly as the breakfast is room service only the tables that you have to eat breakfast from are just not suitable, it's hard to eat a full English off a table that barely fits the plate so maybe a different set of tables would make that experience better as it was amazing looking out the window while we had breakfast it was just a little uncomfortable fitting everything on the table. This would not put us off staying here again as everything else about this room made up for these small minor details in our eyes. Just another note. This hotel is above a fish and chip shop so please don't be surprised when you get there and you can smell fish and chips, I have read a few who have marked the hotel down for this but if you have booked it knowing this don't be surprised when you get there that you can smell it on the side passage. At no point did our room smell of it though but not sure what the situation is in rooms lower down

As we couldn't afford a holiday this year we treated ourselves to this luxury one night away instead. We stayed in Sterling, which had many luxury touches, wonderful views, a gorgeous bed and pillows and a good sized tv oppositethe bed. The breakfast was perfect! BUT sadly within 5 mins of arriving we had been very disappointed. As I sat down I noticed the tables were in a very bad state. The mirror was badly damaged on the bottom and side. The hanging rail had 2 out of shape hangers next to ( grey ) thin tired out white toweling robes. The bathroom had yellow urine stains on the left skirting board, acculimated dirt in all corners, mucky bath soap dispensers that need a good clean on top, and a hot tap that moves very loosely, with dirt under, that could be scrubbed away. When I went to have a bath I pulled down the blind to discover a huge stain ( an exploded champagne bottle? ) all over the blind and as I went to fill the bath I just couldn't as there was ingrained dirt or damage to the whole bottom surface. Just awful. ( not clearly seen in the daylight ) The WORST was I was in desperate need of an afternoon nap, and what we thought was a car outside with loud music and their window down, was in fact the music coming from underneath our room..boom boom boom etc! We had no idea that a thriving fish and chips shop and reastaurant was below us and open still 9.30! This was not on the accomodation description. I had assumed there was a small chip shed cafe on the side! So we had to go out in the pouring rain instead when we just needed to sleep! The lovely cleaners did pop down and ask for the music or radio to be turned down but to no avail. The cleaners were very obliging and helpful. There was a silent fridge with fresh milk and bottled water but sadly the coffee granules do not suit the filter provided so cannot be properly cleaned as they block. The windows are single glazed so you do hear all the noise of the people on the pavements cars, and queueing for the chip shop. A gorgeous village and the accomodaion could be again too if the owner/ manager did regular inspections.! The paintwork on all the landing skirting boards and woodwork needs redoing too! Such a shame.I resent paying the same as someone who stayed there when it was lovely and new!

Loathed to ever write a bad review but feel I have to advise folk to avoid. The Yen room is in dire need of a paint job, all walls scuffed and the shower head falls off and hits you in the head. A hairdryer but no mirror and a dirty mattress ( yes I looked after reading a review about bed bugs) The check in is very stressful, I'd still be there now bumbling around trying to work it out ( no info emailed regarding room name, code to access key etc. Luckily a very kind cleaner/concierge helped me get in! Very very overpriced. Location and the kind worker are the only plus point.

We stayed in the Dollar Room. Brilliant location for lookimg out at the high street and the River Windrush. Room was very accommodating and stocked well with coffee and milk. A small fridge is also in the room, an iron and small ironing board and a hairdryer. Very comfy bed. Good choice of breakfast, which is delivered to your room at a time you choose. Only one thing to say that the table in our room was a bit small to eat two breakfasts from. Otner than that we would give Old Bank Rooms 10 out of 10.

This was a special birthday treat for my wife,which ended up being a disaster. We arrived having been told our room would be available by 4pm. As we entered the room we were greeted by the cleaner who informed us we couldn't get in till 5. We returned at 5pm to find the room hastily prepared with no hand towels no tea and coffee facilities all which arrived whilst we were trying to get ready to go out for our evening meal which was booked for 6pm. In our hurry to get ready we failed to spot the breakfast menu you had to attach to the outside of your room door for breakfast in the morning, hence we didn't get any. Glad too as there was nowhere in the room to eat except perched on the bed. There are no wardrobes to hang your clothes you will have to live out of your suitcase. I'm not normally a person who complains but this place is disgusting it's dirty not cleaned properly and certainly one to avoid.

The view of the river and High Street from the suite was great. We stayed at the top of the building in the Durham suite. We were two couples. Please note there is only a seating area for 2 in the front bedroom bay window. On request we did get two more chairs. As it sits over The Chip Shed you can smell chips! The weather was warm and the chip shed door opened onto the staircase. Breakfast was really fresh and good. Parking cost £20 for 24 hours.
