Premier Inn Bournemouth West Cliff

Our stay at Bournemouth West Cliff Premier Inn was really good. We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel was very clean. The majority of the staff were warm, friendly, helpful & kind. They went out of their way to offer help and make sure that we had what we needed. Big shout out to the lady cooking the breakfasts on the 3 mornings that we indulged. The breakfast was absolutely spot on. She was happy to help & chatted away to the guests. The underground car park was well lit, plenty of spaces and at £8 per night, was very reasonable compared to other car parks in that area which average £2.90 per hour. We would happily stay again. In the interest of balance, we asked the manager for the room to be cleaned on the Monday, and it wasn't. We were in 506 on the top floor and although the air con was working, it wasn't really cooling the room by more than a degree or 2. Beyond that, we had a lovely time at this prem Inn.

Multiple times I have stayed here, and never a let down. The property is well looked after, the rooms are always as they should be, clean and comfortable. However I would like to add a special note tonight for the member of staff Lauren who checked me in tonight. Absolutely warmest welcome I have ever received, very professional but welcoming. A great asset to Premier Inn. What a great place to stay, staff, accommodation, just an around winner.

You will never be sorry for staying at this hotel. The reception, the food and the ambience is just perfect. I also love my bed, my children are absolutely happy too. Thank you for having us.

Well where to start Im sat here now Having stayed in many a Premier all over the country this has to be the best to date From caring relaxed staff/food/room/parking/ and a room with a distant sea view was a bonus. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff Top team and many thanks from reception to top chef We will be returing

Our room provided everything we needed. We booked a premiere plus room after reading reviews on here and figured the extra money for an upgraded room would be worth it. The room itself was functional and had a very comfy bed, also air con which really helped on the hot evenings. The bathroom was great, looking newly renovated. The mini fridge with complimentary water was a bonus. From reading previous reviews we were aware that the rooms did not get cleaned unless requested, however this suited us well and was easy enough to keep the room clean. The cups near the kettle and coffee machine were dusty inside, so needed a quick rinse out which was a little off putting but not a big deal. Some storage for clothes but not much if staying for a longer period. The lighting was great in the room especially the purple lighting behind the bed. The curtains were black out too which helped to aid our sleep. Not much interaction with staff from the hotel but that was not a problem as we only used the hotel to sleep in. The location of this hotel is amazing with only a short walk to the beach and town centre approx 5 mins. There were a few things faulty with the hotel e.g. the lifts kept breaking and the vending machines were temperamental. We also asked for cocktails at the bar and they said they could not serve these. I wasn’t too sure why (maybe didn’t have the necessary ingredients). Overall we really enjoyed our stay and are glad we booked here. It was significantly cheaper than hotels around the area and suited us fine for what we wanted as we spent most of our time on the beachfront eating out and enjoying the sun! We would book again but would definitely ensure it was a premiere plus room again.

This was our third stay here and we could not find anything to fault it. We paid the small upgrade price again for a premier plus room, which amongst other things comes with fridge and complimentary water, which was especially beneficial given the hot weather we experienced during our stay. The plus rooms are on the 5th floor and we rang ahead of our visit to specify a room on the front, from which there is a bit of a sea view through other buildings. The location is ideal, just a 5 minute walk to the beach, and convenient to catch the 'Breezer' buses to Poole, Sandbanks, Swanage etc. with bus stops literally on the doorstep. The staff, in particular Martyna, needs a mention for her excellent customer service skills and helpfulness, as does the lady cook preparing the really lovely breakfast. We didn't bother with the room cleaning but when we needed clean towels, water etc. we just asked the cleaner on our floor and she gladly provided us with everything we needed. Overall we will be back, planning a visit for later in the year already!

Not very good experience , after complaining problem not resolved . Lifts stop working . First time booked premier inn I think it will be last time

Room was clean and not too far from the lifts. When we asked for fresh towels they came really quick (we expected to wait a few hours!) The hotel is in a brilliant location, close to bus stops, on top of lots of restaurants & 10-15min walk to a choice of beaches. Brilliant breakfast chefs Sat & Sun who cooked perfectly to our dietary requirements. There was an issue with the breakfast chef Monday but the manager Saffron deserves 10 out of 10 for her superb customer service, patiently listening and de-escalating the situation, thank you.

Nice hotel,clean downstairs Breakfast was very good Staff polite But bed was like concentrate,windows didn't open in the room beware there locked shut with handles removed which on hottest day of the year is not good,lifts was broken so had to keep going up and down 5 flights of stairs with a child is not good,and after 2 days of not sleeping had to come home to sleep and see a chiropractor for my back pain Nice hotel and location pity the beds wasn't comfortable like any other premier inn we stayed in,and pillows take your own as the ones your given are flat as lumpy,we ended up going to Asda to buy some
