Great location! Premier plus had great view and great lay out of room. Little dust found on lower parts of the room which was ok but overall clean 5*. Staff welcoming, easy accessable entrance and big lifts. Was a quiet peacefull sleep. Will stay again

This hotel is a gem of a place. It may be a little worn here & there (it's busy so not surprising) but it's spotlessly clean. The staff are warm & friendly on the whole but 2 in particular are stars. We had an issue on our first night and Andy owned it, apologised sincerely & then offered solutions. His service recovery was outstanding. A genuinely nice guy who knows how to give great customer service. Gem number 2 was Sheila the breakfast Cook. She cooked & presented everything beautifully and was polite & friendly regardless of being busy. The staff were generally warm, friendly & helpful from check in to housekeeping. The parking here does come at a cost but it's completely secure with plenty of spaces & represents good value compared to the usual seaside parking charges. For the service we got, the comfort & cleanliness plus the great value, we cannot recommend staying here enough. Previous reviews moaning about marks on walls etc seem to expect a 5 star hotel for peanuts. You get a lot more than you pay for here. We will definitely be coming back.

First time in Premier Plus and it was great. Hotel in great position easy walking distance to shops and beach. Room was very comfortable. My only problem was the bed which creaked very loudly when you got in and out which disturbs the other person if you need to get up in the night. Also the bed linen doesn’t fit properly. This applies in all Premier Inns I’ve been in lately, and the pillows are terrible. It all used to be good. But all in all an enjoyable stay.

We've just returned from a weekend staying at West cliff Premier Inn. It's in a excellent location - 10 minutes away from BIC and a few more from the centre. The hotel has a good underground carpark with access to the lifts for reception. Checking in is easy and our room on the fifth floor, in premier plus was well worth the extra money. The room was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and included some nice extras - a coffee machine, chocolates and quality products in the bathroom. Our bed was large and very comfortable. The staff we spoke to were all friendly, very helpful and polite. We had drinks at the bar and we thought they were reasonably priced. A lovely stay.

Brilliant staff who were welcoming and tentative with our requests. They kept the breakfast buffet restocked with fresh items. Lovely hotel that is clean and comfortable. Great location with an easy walk into town either down the road or via the promenade. Good parking facilities under the hotel.
