Ibis Styles Bournemouth

The staff were friendly the breakfast was not that good and as for price I booked 2 nights for£173 which should have included breakfast but I was charged another £48 for breakfast for 2 days then I get an email saying I was a no show and am going to be charged another £71 I sorry but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone i went with my partner

Thank you for a lovely stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves it was our anniversary weekend and team made us feel very welcome. Room was really clean and had everything we needed, bed was comfortable. food was great , we will be back again soon .

We had a lovely family break at Ibis Bournemouth. Breakfast was well presented, staff very friendly from reception to housekeeping. Good value for money I would say, considering location. We needed an extra towel in the room and reception team sorted it in no time for us. Will be coming back!

Came to visit Bournemouth all the way from London and we found this hotel and it was definitely worth it ! Room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful. Great location and I highly recommend anyone to come and stay here. Can’t wait to come back in December.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were shown to our room. The appearance seemed ok. Once the member of staff had gone, we stepped onto the balcony. There was a pair of trunks and other bits of rubbish. In the morning I went to have a shower and the shower door came off of its rails, and the piece holding the shower head came off of the wall. The A/C did not work properly and was very noisy. There was no table or draw next to my bed to I had to drag a heavy chair so that I could have my inhaler close by, during the night. I tried to contact customer services and other members of Accor staff. Had a promising reply, but then a lot of CC emails. Plus, this was meant to be a 'superior' room! Will definitely not be going back! I know it is a lower star hotel, but really some of the basic things were not right.

What can I say, this is the worst service I’ve ever experienced . Using pool before afternoon tea, reception lady needs a lesson in customer service, pool dirty and old . Arrived for birthday afternoon tea with Prosecco to be told sorry no Prosecco. Bar man was rude and absent most of the service, put some dry sandwiches and cake on the table and legged it. No coffee or tea offered with cream tea. Probably because I had a coffee instead of the Prosecco. My husband bought me this as a birthday gift and he was very disappointed so didn’t want to make a fuss at the time. If this is the service that you offer there is no wonder the place was empty. Save your money go elsewhere.

I really love this hotel ,we had absolutely no issues at all as we came Sunday afternoon to check in with my husband and 2 year old toddler ,check was quick and smooth ,our bedroom was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Downstairs the lounge area is extremely cute with happy colours,I wish we could stay longer and enjoy cup of coffee there ! We also visited swimming pool which was in another building,pool had nice warm water and area look tidy . Next day we had breakfast which was also great with plenty of choices . On the top of that every single staff member we met were really helpful and friendly.I had 100% recommended this hotel and we will be back for sure .

I wonder where all the bad reviews have come from lately. Very nice hotel, great service, the lady at the reception was nice and helpful. Clean rooms, clean swimming pool with warm water. The breakfast was modest and a bit boring for a week's stay, but I highly recommend it for a weekend trip. Good value for money
