Beautiful view of Poole harbour from 3rd floor room. Comfortable, quiet room with all amenities including coffee machine and bottled water. Great continental and cooked breakfast with a great view too. Excellent value for money and a great position just a short drive from BIC where we attended a concert.

Visited for our anniversary. The food was great and the view was stunning as usual. However in this occasion the service was terrible. The staff tried to bring our main course twice before we had our starters. They forgot my wife’s drink and brought the wrong accompanying item to her pudding. Great food but the service should be better for the amount you pay!

A well appointed hotel, which we have stayed at before, well located in an elevated position affording fine views over Poole Harbour to the west. Comfortable bedrooms, welcoming and attentive staff offering good dining facilities which face onto an extended outside terrace. Parking available on site.

Absolutely awful service, overpriced drinks and very average food. Waiter had very poor personal hygiene and smelt disgusting. The manger was very rude & dismissive and overall it was just a very disappointing visit, unfortunately we won’t be returning.

Top hotel, fantastic location, excellent staff, great food and excellent quality rooms. We were not planning to stay at Harbour Heights, but we were let down by our booked accommodation, but things happen for a reason,we knew of the hotel but never stayed there, what a great place brilliant staff, I'm the end you get what you paid for Sometimes....

This is our second stay at Harbour Heights the last time being 10 years ago. Wonderful location with far reaching, elevated and stunning views. Our room also had wonderful views and a balcony (well worth paying extra for) and was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfasts were perfect and again looked out over Poole harbour. The staff were very helpful and kind. Without hesitation we will stay again.

The views from the Amalfi restaurant and outside terrace are really nice. Lots of people come here for sundowners as the view across the harbour is just stunning and on a sunny evening, it really does feel like you're in Spain or Italy. My boyfriend really enjoyed his main meal and the Limoncello Tiramisu was delicious. The prices were very reasonable considering the location and views that you get and the service was good, although there were a few new staff who needed a bit more training.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights in August. Some of the reviews had been mixed, and we did not know quite what to expect. In the event, we were delighted. The nicely air-conditioned room was just right, with a wonderful view of the bay and a small step-out balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food in the Amalfi Restaurant and at breakfast was excellent. We had supper at the hotel for two of the three nights. It was lovely on both occasions. We each had different types of fish. We spent the third at the Rick Stein restaurant nearby. That decision was a bad one. The food and service at the hotel knocked those at the restaurant out of the park. That was a surprise, but nevertheless true.

The hotel and staff are very nice. Hotel is located close to the beach. Walking distance to Canford Cliffs and surrounding areas. Restaurants are difficult to get into in the evening, maybe because it was peak summer season. The reception staff are warm and friendly.
