Really disappointed with this hotel (again). Was there on business last night, went for breakfast this morning to be told I hadn’t paid. So I went back to my room and picked up my phone with the confirmation from our booking company. Off I went to reception to be greeted by a not so helpful member of staff who said again I hadn’t paid. I showed him my booking confirmation to be told it was our paperwork not his and basically it was tough. He printed out his receipt and left me to it. As I use that hotel several times a year I explained my company alway include breakfast, no offer to contact our booking company so I left to begin a days work without. I’ve already cancelled a booking I had for 22 April and will avoid in the future. My booking company since confirmed breakfast was included so I’ve paid for something I’ve not received - isn’t that theft? Staff attitude was awful. I use Premier Inn all over the UK and spend c.40 nights a year in hotels on business.

Not enough staff so had to queue to get breakfast, really not the staffs fault - cheap management Costs cut at every corner This is my second review the first one was just about stained duvet, duvet too small for bed and no way to contact reception

This was a beautiful hotel, it was winter time so we were upgraded . A beautiful clean room overlooking the seaview with all bits pretty lights . With a massive window . Huge comfortable bed , a spare bed too. I love their beds warm and cosy. This was a one night stop over but would have spent more time there.Staff so very polite, courteous and helpful. We will definitely go back . Fantastic tasty breakfast and evening meal . Downfall. Druggies begging for money at night. Tea and coffee making facilities. lovely sofa and coffee table. Table and chairs and soft lighting, very attractive.

The room had a very noisy whistle blowing through the balcony doors, I didn’t get any sleep at this hotel. Also the hotel halls ,pub, and restaurant were all under heated. I would not stay at this hotel again despite its good location. Premier inn are clearly cutting back on the quality they used to have.

Recently renovated premier inn. Really clean room, super comfy bed and really quiet. The staff at check in and breakfast were really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this premier inn, one of the best I have stayed in a long time.

Where do I start? I paid online for myself and my wife and for another room for my daughter. I paid for what I understood to be the 'best' room you can have, the premier suites. On arrival, despite just one person being in front of me, it took over 25 minutes to be served/checked-in. No apology. The rooms were next to each other overlooking the industrial courtyard behind the hotel. The windows were filthy and the air conditioning machines humming all night. We were in a room next to the lifts and entrance doors to the floor.....so we had a lot of noise throughout the night. As soon as I saw the room I went downstairs and asked if I could be moved. I was told, "you 'buy' the room, not the view - so we will not move you". Please note, the hotel was not fully booked (i checked) - and we could have been moved. The TV volume was set to quite a low level - which is poor for my wife who has poor hearing. In the morning I had a shower and discovered we had one towel between us! There is no reception number or phone in the room, so used a had towel. Overall, a hugely disappointing stay. There is no carpark (so an additional charge) and staff that just don't seem to care. There are so many other hotels in Bournemouth, I would encourage you to use them and not this poor excuse.

I booked 2 rooms for me and my son as we were going to the pavilion across the road. No parking but advised to park in pavilion car park £18 for 24 hours. Parked easily, check in easy. I had a lovely room 703, with balcony. Spotlessly clean, loads of space and 2 plug in radiators as it gets nippy at night. My son was on 3rd floor and also had a good room. Bar is very reasonably priced for a hotel. Had breakfast which was all hot and well cooked. Perfect location. £60 per room, bargain!
