Totally honest review, we found the staff on arrival very friendly and welcoming (however after our arrival we weren’t treated with much warmth). Our room was next to the boiler room, room 008, it was noisy at night because of it. The room smells damp, the pillows were horrendous, no support at all, lumpy and thin. The bed was two single beds joined by a double mattress topper, the sheets wouldn’t go around the mattress. The room was lacking some basics like a kettle tea/coffee. The Bathroom was like a toilet you’d find in a nightclub, grubby black mosaic tiles from ceiling to floor, it want filthy but it didn’t feel clean and the finishes in the room were poor. Would have been nice to have one English tv channel but the Wi-Fi was good so we used our phones for entertainment in the evening. The location is roughly €20 to the Eiffel Tower and using Uber was simple. We did get ripped off by a rogue taxi driver from Orly airport, charged €65 when an Uber would have cost €25. The hotel was ok, the room wasn’t comfortable but passable for two nights. It’s a shame that the Parisians aren’t friendly towards tourists as the city itself is beautiful.

Horror! I made a reservation by mistake while booking at your hotel and after 7 minutes I requested cancellation as it was a booking error. Therefore, I request that the reservation be authorized to refund me as the quality regulations of the European Union are established. But the hostel, neither Booking authorized to refund me.

28-4-2023 till 1-5-2023 Greet hotel Review Hereby we would like leave a complaint regarding the Greet Hotel. We were with 20 people for 10 rooms. Staying for a sports tournament and this was our second year in a row at Greetz Hotel. we arrived early at 10:00 am onFriday morning (28/04/2023) House keeping was still cleaning the rooms. Luckily we could store are luggage and sports bag in the reception. When we came back at the evening. Where we continued our check in. The employee at the moment was booking all the costs on 1 room including Tourist Taxes. The amount was €1561,27 in total. We first tried with cardless debit card this was declined and tried a second time and the employee said declined again. So to complete the payment we used a credit card. This was successful on the first attempt. Afterwards we checked on the mobile bank account from the debit account and we could see that the money was transferred. So we payed double the amount. We called the emergency bank number, just to verify that the debit payment was payed. This was the case. Furthermore we called ***********, and also the card card company. All the initiative and calling we did on our behalf. We were expecting some support and understanding on behalf of the employee/hotel side. So we wanted a solution but the employee said to wait. The way his handle this was unacceptable. Especially the way, no hospitality manners. He was not a permanent employee so he could not check the payment system (world line) He was clearly missing empathy and understanding towards us as guests. Discussing and arguging that the debit payment was nog accepted. We demanded that we called the General Manager who was on Holiday. She called as back in a few minutes and couldn’t offer us a solution. The employee said: Just be patient, Monday everything will sort out. Willing knowing we were travelling back Monday morning 1-5-2023 to Holland at 07:00AM. Tuesday the bank transfer the amount back to the debit account. No apology or any form of communication from the hotel. We were very disappointed, and won’t be coming back here next year.

Hôtel récemment rénové sous la nouvelle enseigne greet, offrant un service irréprochable. Les chambres sont propres, les petits déjeuners copieux, et le personnel est très agréable, que ce soit à la réception, au service d’étage ou au buffet du matin. L’établissement est très bien desservi, situé à deux pas de la station de métro Marcel Sembat, permettant un accès direct à des lieux emblématiques tels que la Tour Eiffel, les Champs-Élysées et les Galeries Lafayette. Le design de l’hôtel est superbe, avec une décoration sur le thème du tennis, en hommage à la proximité du stade Roland-Garros. Un grand merci à Sylvain et son équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Ottima posizione vicino alla metropolitana che in 15 minuti ti porta, alla torre Effeil. Camere semplici abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti con due bimbi 8 e 11 anni letto a castello piccolo e scomodo. La pulizia delle camere giornaliere non è stata il massimo, c'è la moquette e non era ben aspirata e il bagno non veniva pulito trovavo spesso ancora capelli in giro. In 3 giorni nessun cambio asciugamani. Per il resto personale alla reception è colazione molto gentili e disponibile. BUFFET colazione piccolo ma non mancava nulla. In zona ci sono diversi locali ma è molto cara.

J'adore ce petit hôtel. Je dirai même qu'à ce jour, c'est mon préféré de Boulogne Billancourt ... et j'en ai fait des hôtels dans les environs ! Certes, la chambre que je prends est toute petite, la salle d'eau minuscule, mais tout ça me convient. J'aime le confort du lit, la propreté globale des lieux, la gentillesse du personnel avec qui on peut échanger sans souci, les petits déjeuners copieux où on y mange des choses plus sympas et goûteuses que dans la plupart des hôtels. Si je devais donner un point négatif qui, malheureusement ne concerne pas uniquement cet hôtel, c'est la différence exponentielle de prix pour une même chambre en fonction des jours, ou des sites sur lesquels on fait sa réservation. Cela va du simple au double, parfois même au triple. Et ça franchement, j'ai du mal à m'y faire !
