Should we need to access the interior for any reason, the host will message the guest first.• TOWELS & LINENS: Please ensure all towels and linens remain at the property. Please use grey or blue washcloths in vanity for makeup. Do not use white towels for makeup or hair coloring. Depending on the item, host will charge $20-$30 for each missing or damaged (if we need to replace) towel, pillow, blanket or sheet.• WIFI: The home has high speed WIFI available. For everyone’s comfort and entertainment, please do not unplug the modem. Unplugging the modem will cause internet service interruption and there will be no Wi-Fi or tv streaming. If you have issues with the Wi-Fi, please contact host for troubleshooting.• KEYS: The host will provide lockbox combo to retrieve key. Please keep the key in the lockbox for your convenience and for emergencies and safe. This is important should you accidentally lock yourself out! THIS IS THE ONLY KEY If you lose or misplace the key, please contact the host first. Guest is responsible for the cost and coordination of a locksmith if necessary and key replacement. Please lock the door and return key to lockbox upon checkout.• PLUMBING: Please do not flush baby wipes, cleaning wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, tissues, trash of any kind. All toilets are checked to be in working order each turnover. If you have problems with the toilet, you can find a plunger in the property.
