The room was super spacious and the property is right in Chinatown so there were tons to do, eat and see!

Although I fully paid for my accommodation 5 bays before booking day, I was not on the list of guests and was not allowed to check in by the security guard. I was left on the streets alone in a city I don't know on a cold and rainy evening.

Convenient and spacious. Close to Chinatown subway station and South Station. The only substantial critique I would offer is the quality and comfort of the bedroom mattress is poor.

Clean, quiet, and spacious. After travelling for a quite a while, it was convenient to be able to wash and dry my clothes in the room's machines using the provided power. The keys were a slight nuisance to carry around though.

Great property although I booked the wrong dates and was unable to get a refund. Walkable and safe. Rooms are large with high ceilings.

Was told i could check in after loosing my ID traveling, and upon arrival i was not. I therefore had no place to sleep on a cold night. AwFUL hotel!

The kitchen was nice as we had a Thanksgiving dinner for our son, who is going to school near there so we were able to cook him a traditional meal. Also, having an apartment vs. a hotel room was nice. I did not like that, after I made my reservation, I was sent an email asking for my credit card information again, along with my date of birth and a copy of my credit card, both front and back. I had already given my credit card information, and asking for my date of birth and copies f the card was concerning at the least;. I checked online and sending a copy of your credit card was considered a bad risk as email is not secure. I questioned this in an email and was told by SeanX that it was for a different group and that they needed my credit card for potential damages. This, again, made no sense as I had already given my credit card information. In all the travel I have done, I've never heard of this. And I have stayed at apartments that charged as hotels. I finally agreed to show my credit card to the clerk when I checked into the hotel, but I was never asked for it during my stay. It must not have been that important. If I go back to that area, I'll definitely have to think hard before I try to stay there again.

We were touring colleges with family. This was a great option to a traditional hotel room. We had lots of room. We could cook. We would stay here again.

This is a very convenient place to stay. Close to basically everything and transportation easily accessible. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place was clean, welcoming, comfortable, and quiet inside. Highly recommend!
