Bright & Spacious Loft Steps to the Freedom Trail

Welcome to our light-filled, open-concept loft in the heart of downtown, just a 4 minute walk to Boston Common and the start of the Freedom Trail. Close to the Public Garden, Theater District, Beacon Hill, North End, Back Bay, Harborwalk and more! Recently updated with a brand new memory foam mattress, new Casper pillows, and a new Samsung smart washer and dryer. THE SPACE: Enjoy high ceilings, polished concrete floors, a renovated bathroom, and chef's kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen bed, big windows, and plenty of closet space. All linens and towels are 100% cotton. There is also a full-size sofa bed with a plush mattress topper that we're happy to make up for you in advance - please request the sofa bed prior to arrival if you'll need it. A fully-equipped chef's kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware and bakeware, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, and sugar. In the renovated bathroom, we provide shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hand soap, a first aid kit, and a hairdryer. We also provide laundry detergent, an iron and ironing board, and a standing fan. Most importantly, our loft is deep cleaned between every guest. Please Note: Central AC is on from about May to October, and heat is on from November to April. We also provide a space heater and portable AC. Cable is not provided for the smart TV. As we're in the heart of downtown, there is potential for urban noise. Our building is on a pedestrian-only street. City cabs can drive onto our street, while Uber and Lyft can meet you in front of the Godfrey Hotel a 2 minute walk away.
