I had the pleasure to stay here two years ago and now came back with my husband and cousin. We selected the apartment as it best suited our needs. The location is fantastic. The Hotel roof top terrace is a delight, all of the amenities are very considered and luxurious. The breakfast is generous and varied. Most of all is the gracious and kind staff. Funny, delightful, attentive, welcoming, they provide invaluable information during your stay and have excellent restaurant recommendations. This is my most favourite place to stay in Bordeaux. This is a perfect place to explore Bordeaux on foot - so many areas to discover - if you are brave you can also rent scooters/bicycles!

This is a difficult hotel to rate. It is tiny with 7 rooms, tiny lobby and limited breakfast and facilities . But location is 4, around the corner of the heart of city; service is 5 - Audrey and the team are making a difference; rooms on the back are small -20sqm with limited window, front row 30 sqm and a window, modern and renovated to use every corner Cleanless -5, value for money -4 with roughly 300 euros pn.

Lovely hotel, central location, excellent breakfast & very friendly, helpful staff. Room v nicely decorated & comfortable. Good value. Lovely rooftop seating area with great views of Bordeaux. Would definitely stay here again & will recommend to friends

A sensational place to stay, with a jaw-dropping roof-top terrace and beautiful rooms. Audrey and Estella couldn't do enough for us. These delightful young women went out of their way to cater to our every need. They lugged our heavy suitcases up two flights of stairs and even offered to walk as to the nearest laundromat to help with our washing! They truly made Bordeaux a wonderful experience.

Exceptional stay at Hotel Singular. Outstanding customer service, personalised to your travel needs. Local knowledge of Bordeaux is so helpful with booking reservations and recommending restaurants and things to do. The breakfast is delicious and served on the roof top which is chic and a great place to chill.

We loved our short stay at Hotel Singulier. It is a small and charming little place but the best part are the incredible staff. Audrey, Estelle and the team looked after us so well. They even watched over our toddler for us while we went on a walking tour. They helped us with our luggage as there were no lifts. The rooftop terrace was the perfect spot for tapas after a long day walking. The rooms were beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. We would definitely come back and stay here again next time we are in Bordeaux.

Nice hotel in the centre of Bordeaux. I can't say I was impressed given the price, but it's a decent option. I suspect there are better value for money options around in Bordeaux. Location quite convenient.

I have been shocked that the owner of this hotel made bullying threats against me after I was forced to cancel my reservation due to a medical emergency. I paid the whole rate as agreed, but in our email exchanges the manager threatened to call the police on me (!) if I shared my experience online, which I have every right to. Absolutely appalled by such behaviour. He is now threatening me with legal action if I don't remove this review, which is laughable. He seems to have a habit to harrass other guests as well who 'dare' not to leave 5/5 reviews for his hotel. I would advise travellers to avoid dealings with this person, in his texts and emails he seems ******, obsessive and unstable. Very unpleasant.

OK hotel but with rude and unhelpful staff and not much value for money. There are better options in Bordeaux for fewer money. I also did not particularly feel that all hygienic standards were met. It's a decent option for a night, but I'd avoid it next time I come to Bordeaux.
