Phòng đủ rộng rãi và sạch sẽ. Có nhiều lựa chọn đồ ăn tuyệt vời tại tiệc buffet sáng miễn phí nhưng buồn là không có thịt xông khói, tại sao vậy?? 🙁

Khách sạn rất đẹp. Hồ bơi đẹp.. Bữa sáng ngon nhưng một số món ăn có vẻ cũ, tôi đã chỉ ra điều đó. Dịch vụ và nhân viên rất lịch sự và tử tế. Họ chăm sóc tôi rất tốt. Vị trí cách bãi biển 10-15 phút đi bộ. Phòng của tôi đẹp nhưng không hoạt động. Ví dụ: Bồn cầu xả nước bị hỏng hai lần. Không có nước nóng để tắm, đó là lý do tại sao tôi đặt phòng suite. Thật đáng tiếc. Phải gọi nhân viên bảo trì thường xuyên. Nhưng dịch vụ tốt. Vì vậy. Tôi đã chuyển đến. Một khách sạn khác có nước nóng!.

Khách sạn tuyệt vời

Thật thuận tiện vì có nhiều tiện ích. Phòng cũng sạch sẽ và đẹp. Các nhân viên cũng rất thân thiện. Bữa sáng có ít món hơn so với các khách sạn khác. Không sao đâu Giá trị tốt nhất cho tiền!!

Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và tốt bụng! Đồ ăn tuyệt vời. Tiện nghi tốt. Đáng giá với số tiền tôi đã trả. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại và đặt phòng tại khách sạn này. Sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn bè và gia đình!

The hotel has a trendy design and quick, efficient check-in, complete with a welcome drink and wristband key cards. However, the issues began immediately upon entering the room. 1. Room Maintenance Issues: The first room had a malfunctioning door lock (both digital and safety), a non-functional telephone, and a leaking air conditioner that caused a slip hazard. Housekeeping’s response to “deal with it” was disappointing. Although the front desk moved me to another room, the air conditioner in the second room was deafening and ineffective, causing the temperature to rise to uncomfortable levels (27-29°C). Additionally, a side door to the balcony wouldn’t close properly, and the curtain above it fell off completely. To top it off, there was no hot water in the bathroom. 2. Third Room Improvement: After raising concerns again, I was moved to a third room, which was functional overall, but even here, the telephone did not work. 3. Buffet Breakfast: Prepaid breakfast was substandard, with poor food quality and insufficient replenishment of items, even early in the morning. The lack of variety and freshness made dining unpleasant. 4. Staff and Overall Management: While the staff were friendly, the hotel seemed significantly understaffed, affecting maintenance, cleanliness, and service quality. The overall condition of the property felt worn-down, with signs of cost-cutting apparent in multiple areas. Overall: The numerous room issues, poor dining experience, and lack of proper upkeep made my stay unsatisfactory. Despite the staff’s efforts to accommodate me, I had to move to another hotel for the remainder of my trip. This property was not worth the hassle.
