I was given a wrong room type uppn checked in. It was a very small room, with a window type aircon that doesn't work well. Everything on the first room given to us was all disappointing to the point that I am willing to pau to upgrade to a higher type room, worst I was ready to book and transfer to a different hotel. Good thing I checked my confirmation booking and realized that I booked a Suite Room and was given a Studio (lowest room type). I called the reception and they insist that what they gave me was the correct room. I was really thankful that Trip. com's CS was superb! I called them about the problem and they we're able to fix it. The Suite Room is way better than the Studio but I was no longer happy with their service. I hope this helps.
