Nice stay nice location accommodating staff easy to book via trip.com

Bit dated hotel but staff were warm and friendly. Many different pools and best thing ever was the location on the beach and close to everything that one would want to do.

Excellent Service

Good service. Nice pool. I stayed there mostly to do some diving, so the place was just right. Big breakfast with a lot of variety but nothing spectacular to write about. There is some construction going on but it did not affect me.

the staff are very helpful , i habe an issue with wifi and they letme. hange my room to get a better wifi connection

The staffs near our room are very helpful also the lifeguards are friendly but I'm quite disappointed with the front desk crew. We travel a long way but they didn't let me finished my welcome drink haha. Our room is very near the swimming pool and it was also clean but there's a problem in our last night since the lights are not working but they resolve it quickly. Overall it's recommendable and we will definitely stay here again.

The hotel has very good price / quality. Big rooms, good breakfast and nice pools. Location close to sea and a lot of restaurants. The main problem is the WIFI. If you need you cant use the very bad signal in rooms. It was pointed out from several guests but no reaction from hotel

Also ich muss sagen dass ich sehr sehr enttäuscht bin! Paradies Garden ist leider weit entfernt von einem Paradies! Das Hotelzimmer war gefühllos ausgestattet, ohne Spiegel im Zimmer und alles lieblos kahl. Ja die Zimmer sind groß aber ohne Atmosphäre und Seele. Kein Föhn und so weiter. Das Personal sieht komplett überlastet aus und tut was es kann. Das Paradies Garden ist riesengroß aber lieblos veraltet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist beinahe unwürdig zu erwähnen. Die Auswahl ist schrecklich klein und ähnelt eher einer Kantine mit Massenabfertigung. Null Flair von einem 4 Sterne Resort. Maximal ein 2 Sterne Resort für ein lieblos durch geschleusten und angefertigten Massentourismus schlimmster Sorte. Sogar gratis würde ich nicht mehr hingehen!!! Nach meiner Ansicht passt da gar nichts. Vergleichen mit anderen Plätzen in Boracay ist das ein liebloser Massentourismus Ort wo keiner lächelt. Bin froh das ich nur 2 Nächte gebucht hatte. Ich würde diesen Hotel nicht einmal einen Stern geben.

Отель очень прнравился! Мы бронировали летний домик, жили в самом начале, неспешным шагом до моря 5 минут. Территория очень красивая и зелёная, есть горки для детей и взрослых, несколько бассейнов. Вкусные завтраки с видом на море на летней террасе. Ходили на массаж, шикарный массаж! Замечательный и дружелюбный персонал, ежедневная отличная уборка. Прям 10 из 10 ❤️ Единственный минус, это комары в номере, но отель-сад оно и понятно. Мы купили в ближайшем магазине репелент в розетку и проблема была решена. Чтобы посидеть на веранде вечером наносили на себя спрей. Так что при бронировании учитывайте и покупайте это.
