Khách sạn nằm gần bến tàu S3, thuận tiện cho việc nhảy đảo và lặn sâu. Cạnh đó có cửa hàng đồ lặn Breeze có hướng dẫn lặn của Trung Quốc, khá tốt. Khách sạn còn khá mới, dịch vụ rất tốt, tiện nghi trong phòng cũng tốt, có 6 lựa chọn cho bữa sáng, mới chế biến. Toàn bộ khách sạn không lớn và không có nhiều tiện ích giải trí

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and we were forced to leave due to terrible service.
Firstly, our room was not cleaned throughout the entire day. We requested housekeeping at the front desk, and were told it would be done. However, when we returned to the hotel at 7 PM, the room still hadn’t been cleaned, even though it was around 2 PM when we had initially asked for the service. The housekeeping staff even lied to our faces, claiming they were calling the manager, but the manager never showed up. Resolving the issue took us a full hour.
The next day, we spoke to the hotel manager, and his attitude was appalling. He was extremely unfriendly and refused to listen to our complaints. By the end of the conversation, he started raising his voice and eventually told us to leave the hotel.
This was the first time we’ve ever experienced such rude service, where the staff is unwilling to resolve issues, defends the mistakes of their team, and communicates with guests in an arrogant and aggressive manner. We did not expect this kind of treatment, and unfortunately, it led us to make the decision to leave the hotel.After speaking with the hotel manager, I requested to have my last night canceled. However, the manager stated that it was not his responsibility. Yet, on the TripCom platform, I was waiting for confirmation from the hotel management, which is clearly within their duties. They refused to cancel the last night, further escalating the conflict.
What was most frustrating was their complete unwillingness to listen to my reasoning and evidence. The manager continuously interrupted me, showing no interest in understanding my concerns.

The hotel is excellent, with a prime location right in front of the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable.
The only drawback is the breakfast, which is served à la carte with limited options, and certain items are frequently out of stock. A buffet-style breakfast would be a significant improvement to enhance the overall guest experience.
Despite this, I would definitely return and highly recommend Ondus Hotel.

The pitchers were much more beautiful than the place no breakfast buffet set menu. If you wanted anything other than coffee or tea you had to pay for it, but breakfast was supposed to be included with your room. Very poor choices

💙 Ondus Resort 💙 This resort is located in Station 3. You can easily catch an e-trike from the back entrance of the resort. The guard will call one for you, so getting to Stations 2 and 3 is super convenient. The beach at Station 3 is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. It’s not crowded or noisy, yet has everything you need. The breakfast menu is really delicious. The room was very clean, and the towels, blankets, and pillows were all fresh and spotless. Staying on the ground floor makes pool access very easy. The pool is actually quite big. There are many great restaurants nearby, and convenience stores where you can buy whatever you need. 💜 Overall We enjoyed a wonderful vacation at a resort that felt like a 5-star hotel — all at an excellent value for money. Thank you to all the kind and friendly staff 💙 온두스 리조트 💙 이 리조트는 스테이션 3에 위치해 있어요. 리조트 뒷문에서 전기 트라이시클(e-trike)을 쉽게 탈 수 있어요. 경비원이 불러주기 때문에 스테이션 2와 3 어디든 편하게 이동할 수 있어요. 스테이션 3의 해변은 정말 아름답고 평화로워요. 복잡하거나 시끄럽지 않으면서 필요한 건 다 갖춰져 있어요. 조식 메뉴도 정말 맛있었어요. 객실은 매우 청결했고, 수건, 담요, 베개 모두 새것처럼 깨끗하고 산뜻했어요. 1층에 머무르면 수영장 접근이 아주 쉬워요. 수영장도 꽤 커서 만족스러웠어요. 근처에 훌륭한 레스토랑들도 많고, 필요한 물건을 살 수 있는 편의점도 있어요. 💜 종합 평가 5성급 호텔 같은 느낌의 리조트에서 훌륭한 가성비로 멋진 휴가를 즐겼어요. 친절하고 상냥한 모든 직원분들께 감사드립니다.

The hotel was incredibly clean, and the room was very comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable.Our stay was nothing short of spectacular, and we would highly recommend this hotel.

Direct pool access has been a great experience for the whole family. Staff was so friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was good, very flexible for our kid's need. Would be happy if they have inhouse dinner service. Would be one of the great choice for hotel service here in boracay.

Lovely boutique hotel in Borocay. Hotel is in station 3 and is right on the promenade with unobstructed views of the ocean from the dining area of the hotel. Rooms are bright, spacious and clean. Pool is long and narrow and the ground floor rooms have private patio/seating areas with steps into the pool. Staff is friendly, accommodating and attentive. Both Lee and Harlie at the front desk were amazing and helpful. Harlie actually met us at the ferry dock near the airport and escorted us and our luggage all the way to the hotel and back. The hotel also offers in room massages. Breakfast is off a menu and had a nice variety of food options. would recommend this hotel and will be returning in the future.
