Ondus Boracay Resort

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and we were forced to leave due to terrible service. Firstly, our room was not cleaned throughout the entire day. We requested housekeeping at the front desk, and were told it would be done. However, when we returned to the hotel at 7 PM, the room still hadn’t been cleaned, even though it was around 2 PM when we had initially asked for the service. The housekeeping staff even lied to our faces, claiming they were calling the manager, but the manager never showed up. Resolving the issue took us a full hour. The next day, we spoke to the hotel manager, and his attitude was appalling. He was extremely unfriendly and refused to listen to our complaints. By the end of the conversation, he started raising his voice and eventually told us to leave the hotel. This was the first time we’ve ever experienced such rude service, where the staff is unwilling to resolve issues, defends the mistakes of their team, and communicates with guests in an arrogant and aggressive manner. We did not expect this kind of treatment, and unfortunately, it led us to make the decision to leave the hotel.After speaking with the hotel manager, I requested to have my last night canceled. However, the manager stated that it was not his responsibility. Yet, on the TripCom platform, I was waiting for confirmation from the hotel management, which is clearly within their duties. They refused to cancel the last night, further escalating the conflict. What was most frustrating was their complete unwillingness to listen to my reasoning and evidence. The manager continuously interrupted me, showing no interest in understanding my concerns.

The hotel is excellent, with a prime location right in front of the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only drawback is the breakfast, which is served à la carte with limited options, and certain items are frequently out of stock. A buffet-style breakfast would be a significant improvement to enhance the overall guest experience. Despite this, I would definitely return and highly recommend Ondus Hotel.

Recently stayed at Ondus for 5 nights and i just had to leave a review because our experience exceeded our expectations. The trasfer was smooth and we were dropped off right at the hotel, very grateful for this as we had a very early flight. Upon arrival we were greeted with lots of smiles, drinks and cold towels . Check in was smooth and boytheir premier king room is beautiful and big! We stayed in tge room and ordered room service most of the time that first day as we were tired. At breakfast there are at least 10 choices to choose from and it was all delicious except for their mushroom omelette i was expecting fresh mushrooms . We enjoed the view from the restaurant as there were lots of blue and white boats coming in and out of tbe dock few meters away to the left of the hotel . The beach water and sand is clean and we notice that it has far less crowd than other areas . Ondus has the best location,it is near to the famous Dmall and the electric trycicles are very accessible from the back , we went around the island with no problem. Some drivers are still not familjar where ondus is as it was just newly opened, so we had to tell them that ondus is near mandarin white sand. The swimming pool is so clean and so big , i enjoyed doing laps during day and my son played with the surf board that the hotel provided Overall this hotel is really worth it, their price very reasonable .
