Perfect for App’s graduation Close to town, an easy drive to graduation and festivities. It was a busy 2 days, and we appreciated the comfy beds.The condo had everything that we needed.

A diamond in the rough This quaint townhouse was perfect for a stay in Boone. Close to town, clean, comfortable. And plenty of parking which is hard to find in the Boonetown.

Wonderful stay! This place was even better than the listing shows! It is a great location; close to the university and to downtown but has nature around it! Check-in was easy and it had everything we needed! I would definitely stay again!

Convenient to campus and downtown Great, clean amenities. Comfy mattresses. Perfect size for my daughter and myself. We are repeat bookers.

Feels like home Great location and beautifully decorated and fully stocked with essential items. Close to everything you need. Great local restaurants close by. The stairs are steep and somewhat slippery when wet. One is a real high step and quite dangerous but take your time. Kids living overhead are noisy.

Great Experience The property was very cute and in a good location. The property manager was great and very attentive. 10/10 would recommend.

Checking out App. St. It was my wife, daughter and myself. The property was very clean. There were plenty of towels and washcloths wich was great because other places we stayed they were at a minimum. The only thing we couldn’t find was a spatula.

Enjoyed it! The condo was well stocked and clean. Loved the little heaters in the bathrooms during such cold weather. They even had salt for the stairs and a snow shovel. The parking lot and the steep drive getting in and out of the condo was well maintained. The location worked well for us.
