A special mention to Alison, who personally called the day before my arrival to confirm my booking and inquire about my meal preferences. On arrival, she greeted me with a refreshing cold towel, followed closely by the owners, who personally welcomed me with warmth and hospitality. The entire team – Alison, Innocent, and Ezra – delivered outstanding service, consistently going above and beyond. They didn’t just meet my expectations; they exceeded every single one of the Ten Dimensions of Service Excellence. Highly recommended! WELL DONE!

It was a nice experience staying on this side of town. Innocent was a great host, and made us wonderfull breakfasts.
