This hotel is barely adequate. I stayed in room 110. The A/C doesn't work. No instructions on how to use the room safe. Skylight window and blind didn't open. The washbasin was blocked. When I reported blocked wash basin, the staff shrugged his shoulders and laughed (I'll checked wash basin is fixed, when I return later this evening, but unlikely an emergency plumber will be available on a Sunday). I asked to change rooms but was told the hotel was full but I saw very few other guests throughout my stay. I conversed in English, French and Italian with hotel staff, and only Italian was understood so I would hesitate to suggest that multiple languages (Italian, French, English, German) are understood as according to the hotel website. €15 additional tourist tax to be paid at check in addition to booking cost.

L'hotel è a due stelle. Non lo avevo notato in fase di prenotazione. Ho trovato una struttura oggettivamente di qualità superiore. Una dimora storica dove sono visibili tracce originali della costruzione. Una meravigliosa scala in cotto. Stanze pulitissime sia sotto il profilo igienico, sia per quanto concerne la manutenzione molto curata. Colazione discreta. Assolutamente consigliato.

L'albergo è in una bella zona. Bello il giardino. Ho trovato molta disponibilità. Ottimo il rapporto e la cortesia. Il personale è stato capace di rispettare le mie richieste Bella la struttura pulizia eccellente

Zona tranquilla, a 10 minuti con i mezzi dal centro. Tipico casolare, villa emiliana. Un due stelle pieno. Nel senso che quando si viene in questo albergo non bisogna aspettarsi nulla di eccezionale. Reception all’ingresso senza spazi comuni. Piccolissimo ambiente dove fare colazione. Colazione scarsa, forse per l’orario. Alle 10,30 non c’era nemmeno un cornetto. Prodotti LIDL. Gli arredi della camera matrimoniale molto semplici. Cattivo odore dal cuscino. Le camere al piano terreno sono sconsigliate. All’ingresso, a 5 metri dalla reception e dalla stanza colazione. Scarsi prodotti per il bagno. Comunque ambienti puliti e molto gentili i gestori. E comunque merita la sufficienza piena per la vicinanza al centro di Bologna e per il prezzo.

Camera molto ampia e ben pulita in quest'hotel a conduzione familiare un pò fuori dal centro cittadino. Silenzioso e facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Colazione discreta. Personale cordiale e affabile.

Di passaggio a Bologna, abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura per una sola notte. Albergo appena fuori dalla città, il cui centro resta accessibile anche in autobus (fermata a pochi metri); camere arredate con semplicità, ma spaziose, pulite, confortevoli; colazione buona, fruibile sia all’interno che nel grazioso giardino; personale molto cortese ed accogliente.
