The best hotel I have ever stayed at all the staffs were amazing from reception to bar staff I can not fault this amazing hotel and my room ahhhh the best view hotel room was just exceptional words alone can not describe wow wow wow will be coming back again Hotel Plaza be proud you guys are the Best

Where do I even start. This hotel has been the most incredible experience for me and my partner from the moment we arrived to the moment we left this morning. The receptionists have been so so helpful from showing us to our room, taking our bags for us, giving us a small tour of the building and giving us so much information to help us with our stay. They have helped us book excursions and gave us reasonable prices for what it was worth. We did the zip lining at €65pp and prepared us with what would be useful during the day and helped us with getting a transfer to the Omiš town. We also did a whole day tour which included visiting 4 different islands at €125pp, we visited the Blue Cave, Blue lagoon, Vis, Hvar, and Carpe Diem, spending 7am-6pm exploring (once again given a transfer to Split). These experiences were a once in a lifetime and we are so grateful we were able to experience them. If you’re visiting this hotel please ask about what excursions they have to offer!! There were so many. The hotel receptionists and housekeeping staff also helped me decorate the room for our anniversary (I provided the decor) and did this whilst we were out for the day. This was such a surprise and they even added small touches from themselves such as notes and crafted towels. So thoughtful! The food and drinks were all incredible and once again reasonably priced. We were able to put everything onto our room which was so easy to pay at the very end, this was such a relief for us as we didn’t have to worry about sorting bills every day. The hotel was always spotless, and had amazing facilities such as an indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzis, steam rooms and a wellness centre. The indoor pool was always quiet for us to relax when we had a long day, and the pools always had plenty of beds - we never had to fight for them lol. Most nights the hotel had live entertainment of incredible musicians which was always nice to listen to before we went up to our room on the night. Just returned off of a 7 day holiday as a couple and I could not speak much better about this hotel. From the cleanliness, to the service, to the facilities, to the staff and the food. Everything is spot on. To start off we arrived early morning on a Thursday and our room was ready which was a big relief! Receptionist helped us with our bags to the 14th floor (we paid the extra to have the best room) and he gave us a full run through of all the facilities, breakfast, lunch and dinner services, everything about the room and what can be done down at the hotel private beach sector. The excursions they offer are fantastic also! The Blue Cave, Hvar, Blue lagoon excursion is a must if it’s within your budget. At 125 euros per person it is pricey but what you get within the full days excursion is well worth it. We also went for the zip lining as well, again stunning views and with 8 zip lines for 65 euros per person… for me it’s another must. This is an absolute essay of a review but I could write so much more The service at the pool and beach is personable and professional. The food as well is stunning. We had the best holiday ever. The hotel is stunning, the staff are so friendly & accommodating, the food is amazing! The beach is lovely & the water Crystal clear. Omiš is 10 minutes away and is a stunning old town. Would highly recommend 10/10

This was our 2nd year at Plaza Duće . We returned because we loved it and will return again (more than likely next year) because we would struggle to find anywhere else as lovely. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. They work so hard despite the high temperatures and are always smiling . The hotel is immaculate! The pool is just right . No need to rise early for a sun bed . The beach bar is perfect . Staff also so professional, efficient and super friendly . You do need to pay for sun beds on the beach but around mid day they bring you a cold towel which is such a treat . The food and drinks options by the pool and at the beach were great. The rooms/beds are very comfortable, even a pillow menu is on offer . You need to take a bus or taxi into Omiš but it’s very easy and Omiš is beautiful. Lovely during the day and also at night . Absolutely beautiful hotel!! We were five friends taking a week long holiday. The biggest surprise was how nice the food was particularly lunch. Served a la carte with breakfast and dinner served buffet style. It was so worth it to pay the extra for lunch. Cocktails were fabulous especially during happy hour. We arrived at the start of the season and not a lot of bars around the hotel were open. There isn’t much around the hotel but it is nice to have a stroll in to Omiš. We took a little boat trip, and had drinks in a few bars. We went in to split by bus and was advised to use the bus app. Reception will show you. We found the best way to get around was by Uber. All the drivers speak good English are friendly and very knowledgeable. The hotel rooftop swimming pool was lovely and the lounging areas were very luxurious. This is where we spent most evenings. We had live entertainment, which was great for one night only. We thought there would be more especially over the weekend. The only thing I would suggest to improve the experience would be for water to be available at all meal times. €4 a bottle is quite steep. Water was available but only at breakfast. Our hotel rooms were immaculate, double sink, bath, shower over the bath and a walk in shower. The hotel has both European and British sockets which was handy. We had robes and slippers in our rooms and the towels for the pool/ beach were all free. Mini fridge was a bonus as well as the welcome drink. All in all a lovely stay, we all agreed that we would definitely come back even just for the hotel alone.

All the reviews were good about this hotel and I must admit they were all true, great rooms, lovely food, nice and relaxing. Supermarket down the road and a few bars along the beach but not a lot else but I lived that. Omis village about a 40 minute walk or you can get a number 60 bus outside hotel but they only run every half hour or so. Split about 20 miles opposite direction, takes about 1 hour on bus because of traffic. I loved Omis, very old little village with tiny alleyways, really beautiful.

We stayed in the Plaza for 10 days at the beginning of June. The hotel is amazing, the staff are attentive & the area is beautiful. We had a couple of days around the pool but we’re more beach people, the beach is a short walk across the road from the hotel, the beach bar side is the more lively where as the beach to the right is calmer & was our preferred beach (this beach still gets service from the beach bar). The sun beds with a fixed parasol are €20 a day (two sun beds), well I say day it’s the same price if you hire from anytime in the day which seems quite expensive if you only spend the afternoon on the beach? However the beach is lovely, the drinks & ice creams from the beach bar are delicious. We had a couple of half days in Omiš, we walked in & got the bus back We also went into Split for the day, we used Mate taxi company & would highly recommend as they drop you off at the harbour where most of the attractions are, the cost was €35 each way. The hotel itself is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in, we stayed on the 7th floor, the room was large, well laid out & had a great view, the cleaners serviced it every day to a very high standard. The food in the hotel is exceptional (we stayed half board), it’s a buffet style breakfast & dinner, so much choice & excellent quality. The hotel is immaculate, it must take an army of cleaners keeping this hotel spotless! Every member of staff we met were friendly, professional, attentive & happy, they really did make the stay perfect. We will 100% return to the Plaza one day as we had such a great holiday.

Lovely large bedroom amazing balcony views, very comfortable bed, lovely option with bath and separate shower, room totally sound proof, hotel exceptionally clean, staff friendly and very helpful. Food disappointing, limited gluten free options, menu quite repetitive.
