Inn America - Boise

Just got here. They accommodated changing my check-in date since I came in late due to the terrible weather. (Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Idaho stretch). Was here just in time for breakfast.

This hotel was a big let down. Both beds had stains and hair on the sheets. The smoke detector was ripped out the ceiling. The carpet was stained in multiple spots. Then I got spoiled yogurt for breakfast. Would not recommend. I'm still waiting to hear back from the manager that never seems to be there.

I never go and leave reviews. I probably should, but I’m a single mom of 3 and I’m just always onto the next thing. However— this is Easter Weekend. My daughter had a tournament up in Nampa Idaho. We left Utah at 4 am Friday, tournament play Friday 3-10, then back again all day Saturday. I planned to leave after the tournament to drive right home to be there for Easter. But, I was exhausted. So exhausted that I was driving and crying. My dad insisted I find a hotel and I was not wanting to spend $$ on it. Eventually, I opened the ******* app and searched to see if there was something reasonable. I’m a clean freak—big time. So cleanliness is really important. I saw the reviews, and the price was under $90. I decided to book and hope it was as clean and well-cared-for as other reviews said. And— it was. Check in was super easy. Room is clean. Bathroom is fresh. Towels are softer than the ones I used last week at the Hilton Grand Vacation Club in Vegas that’s $390/night. (Another tournament. See— I’m exhausted!) I cranked the A/C to 65. Took a hot shower in the clean bathroom, and now I am going to sleep. Really glad I found this gem.

Was on the road for 3 nights and this was the best value priced property. Only one with decent options for their free breakfast!

Very friendly staff, quiet area and don’t need to get on the interstate in order to get food. Plenty of food options close by. The parking lot and property are well maintained.

We booked a room with two queen beds but upon checking in, they said they moved us out of a pet room since we had no pet. When we got to the room it was two double beds and much less comfortable for 4 people. The room was clean though and quiet. At breakfast, the staff got into an argument in front of guests about not bringing food out fast enough. Then a staff member said to the guests, “this usually doesn’t happen but some people have an eating disorder and take a bunch of food but don’t eat it.” It was just really unprofessional.

We’ve stayed here a few times now driving across country, and it’s great every time. Rooms and facility is clean, breakfast is good, and staff is always top notch (thanks Christy!).

A little noisy by the freeway. Great water pressure and shower,nice towels, coffee in room. Great price.
