We stayed in amorita resort for 3 nights with the only goal to relax, and if you want to do the same, I would recommend this place !   The two swimming pools, the restaurants and the so dedicated service helped a lot.  Looking for a nice place to do some snorkeling ? Just find the secret cove and put your mask on. Need a great breakfast to begin your day ? Saffron restaurant is the place you need.  And if you need help for anything, the staff will be there for you. Don’t wait anymore, just book your room.

Amorita Resort is highly recommended! The service is fast and efficient, and the pool offers an incredible view over Alona Beach. The breakfast is outstanding, with a wide selection of both Western and Asian dishes, all enjoyed with a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are available free of charge, adding to the overall experience. Snorcheling in Front of the hotel with plenty of fish. However, my son missed having ham at breakfast. Overall, a perfect choice for relaxation and adventure!

So peaceful and quiet. Great view and atmosphere. The staff is incredibly helpfully and polite.

Beautiful in a minimalistic style, two nice pool areas, one with infinity pool. We stayed for just one night, and we were mostly out of the hotel on day tours. Breakfast was very good, dinner was okay, not great. Compared to other hotels we stayed in the Philippines, this one is on the small side and maybe less family-friendly, more for couples.

Amazing from start to finish. Really shows what a five star hotel should be. Staff are friendly and attentive and the 4pm treats were amazing.

The place is fantastic, located right beside Alona Beach with a small road leading directly to the beach. The hotel's food is very nice, and the two swimming pools are great for families. The studio room can accommodate a family of four, and there are many complimentary activities such as kayaking, paddling, and archery. Highly recommended for families. However, there is no lift to the third level, which is not friendly for the elderly.

It was second stay in Amorita. First visit was before Covid. Room was clean and staff were very kind, but facility is bit old and breakfast was worst in my experiences. Couldn’t enjoy food due to lack of variety and poor quality. And even tables too dirty. Sorry, but cannot recommend without improving these.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is nature-friendly, creating a relaxing environment. My family can enjoy swimming in the hotel’s pool, which offers a beautiful view of the ocean. However, I found it inconvenient that there were ants continuously coming out in my room, and the hotel’s response to my request for a room change was a bit slow. Despite this, I would still love to stay here again on my next visit.

It’s quite place and nice services , our family enjoy stay there. They here have 2 infinity pools, also have stairs going to Alona Beach. The Lost Cow restaurant has the best steak of this island. But a little far to street, you should call a tutu every time when you going out.

Our 2 night stay was wonderful. Room was clean and modern. Staff very attentive and friendly. Our room attendants even left us cute towels shaped like my daughter's stuffed animals.. We got the Raja massage at the spa and it was very relaxing. I fell asleep. Pools are perfect for cooling off from the heat. We enjoyed the beach too. Our stay came with free breakfast with a wide variety of foods to choose from. Will stay here next time we come back home to Bohol. Thank you Amorita!

I stayed here for two nights to relax with my family. Nice amenities. Amazing service from the staff, very friendly. Good breakfast. Free popsicles and drinks when you're at the pool during a certain time. Very spacious rooms. Unfortunately, on our last night, I saw a rat in my room and called for help. First staff could not find the rat and barely made an effort to look for it as he just went around the room once and said "nothing" so I just shrugged and told him I'll call again if I do see the rat again. I saw it again about an hour later and called right away. I tried to take a video of it but could not as it was moving fast and hiding behind the mini-fridge. It was going back and forth to the couch and mini fridge. It seemed like it did not just come to the room (as the front desk agent suggested it probably came in the room because it was raining that day) as I saw rat droppings on the corner of the couch. I did manage to get a video when I told the staff to move the fridge since I knew it was just there. When he moved the mini-fridge it went under the bed and my two kids and I screamed. The staff told us we could move to our new room which thankfully was just on the same floor/building. I asked for some type of compensation since moving to a new room should have been given anyway since we could not sleep in the same room as the rat. They did offer airport drop off but I was not leaving that day I checked out and since my mom's side of the family actually stays in Bohol, I visit the island every year, so my mom's family always accommodates us to and from the airport. I was hoping they would offer something else and the manager that day said she would communicate with me via email but I have yet to receive it since my checkout on June 11, 2024 (it is June 15, 2024 as I write this review). Besides the rat experience (this is probably a rare experience for them, hopefully) I absolutely loved Amorita Resort and will be visiting again as I visit my family in Bohol. Thank you to the kind staff.
