I had a terrible experience with this hotel and cannot recommend it. I was charged for two rooms even though I only reserved one, as clearly shown on my reservation. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the receptionist and showing proof of my single-room booking, she was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. She insisted that I had reserved two rooms and refused to take any steps to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, the management has completely ignored my attempts to contact them regarding this unauthorized charge. I have sent multiple messages requesting a refund for the extra charge, but they have not responded. This lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. If you value professionalism, honesty, and respectful service, I strongly advise avoiding this hotel. They not only mishandled my booking but are also refusing to resolve their mistake, leaving me no choice but to escalate this matter to consumer protection agencies and my bank. Do not trust this establishment with your money.

處在富人區，寫字樓中，出入安全衞生高大上。樓下有日本菜，有墨西哥菜，有本地南美菜，很方便，服務禮貌周到。推薦。

前台服務很差，全程冷着臉，感覺求着他入住一樣。淋雨設施有些老舊，不太舒服

酒店的水很好喝，酒吧服務生非常棒，餐廳服務生也很不錯，朋友們都贊!
