We really enjoyed Obelisco Apartments. Very nice and clean and the property management is very friendly and communicative.
The only negative was the noise in the neighborhood. The apartment building in front of the property holds rooftop parties from noon to midnight on the weekends with club music so loud the whole neighborhood has to listen to it even though they aren’t at the party. It’s impossible to even watch tv inside the hotel it’s so loud.

I was very upset. When I arrived at 6 in the morning with my 2 young boys, I was told by the front desk that my reservation was changed to a different location. I was told I needed a taxi to get to the location that was way further than I wanted.
They did not honor my original reservation, nor did I get an apology.
Nor did they advise me at the time of booking that the Obelisco was not available in order for me to cancel and make other arrangements.
Oh, and it has been impossible to make contact with management.
This is not the way business is conducted.
I paid for a specific service and they gave me something else that I didn’t want.

The site is good but they could improve the presentation, the curtains were dirty and very old, the place was very cold and there was no heating of any kind.

Super ubicación e instalaciones cómodas para viajeros con niños. La única critica es que hace falta insonorización. Se escucha todo lo que pasa al exterior (día y noche, desde gente hablando hasta las reparaciones viales 😅).

El único problema es no tienen calefacción, Bogota es muy frío , la habitación parecía una nevera , demasiado frío .

excelente atención y muy buen servicio hay que mejorar en el tiempo del check in ya que me llevo mas de lo esperado, la atención super buena, atentos en el servicio por teléfono y las suite super recomendada, el diseño es excelente y al ser amoblado cumple con todo lo necesario para estar mas tiempo ya que cuenta con cocina equipada con todo lo necesario, espacio de trabajo y una conexión a internet estable y buena.
