Tenían un cronograma de actividades, sin embargo, una de mi interés que estaba en el cronograma no se realizó. Viaje sola y la ubicación no me pareció muy buena, muchas construcciones al rededor, pero el hostal por dentro es muy bello. Me quedé en una habitación compartida y no tuve ningún problema.

Reserve con cancelación gratuita hasta un dia antes de mi vuelo, lamentablemente el dia que viajaba mi vuelo fue cancelado y llame para que me cambiaran la fecha de mi reserva, el hotel se negó a cambiar la fecha, por lo tanto, cobraron las noches, este tipo de eventos me ha pasado en otras ocasiones y el hotel regularmente accede a reasignar la fecha, creo que no es algo difícil de hacer para el hotel. demostraría buen servicio a sus clientes que buscamos siempre esta cadena en diferentes países, así que si por algún motivo no puedes llegar el dia de tu reserva. Hotel Selina no te apoyara en nada.

The Check-in process was quite easy and they didn't charge extra fees for storing my luggage while waiting for the check in time. My complaints are more related to the room. Even when the fare was not high, the expectations were to get something really closed to what the pictures of the rooms were published in the website. The reservation was for a "Shared Studio Apartment". The mattress were comfy however the physical state from the furniture was poor. The fabrics were ragged. The Bathroom was looking good, however, the floor joints next to the toilet were really dirty and the toilet itself was not 100% clean as there was something stick to the ceramic like "spunk". The shower itself was also damage and when the water was running, it went in all directions from the top of the taps. The walls were not neat. If you are a person that doesn't care about the details, you can still stay. For me was not a good stay compared to what was offered in the reservation website.

The staff was nice, and it seems they try their best, but management needs to step up. Not demanding luxury because you get what you paid for. For the price, accommodation should be modest. They just need to take better care of things. For instance, the room had an extremely dirty and old carpet. Some walls dirty and the floor could be also improved

I liked the location...They have to lubricate the door hinges, especially those in the shared bathrooms. They make too much noise when they open at night or during rest hours. In general the building needs maintenance.

First, it's a nice place for recreation with an attractive design for good pictures. On the other hand, it is not recommended at all to stay. Rooms that are cleaned every three days unless you request it at the front desk, the bathroom always seems dirty, if you plan to stay, bring your own towel and personal care products. Finally, if you have sleeping issues due to loud noise or light, go to a better place.

Pros: Staff speak English Wide array of amenities Public Transportation nearby Lots of Shops within walking distance Shared Kitchen available with most cooking utensils Movie Theatre available Staff are pleasant Never had an issue catching an uber from there You can take a single bus from the airport to the hotel (P500 I believe) They allow you to put your luggage into storage if you arrive early Cons: The taste and texture of their pancakes is suitable for a floor mat Hot Water doesn't work in all showers Co-Working space overpriced and same cost as your room Can be very noisy at night and a lot of interesting characters running around on the 1st floor during the night No washing machines had to travel far to do laundry Pillows are filled with 90% air couldn't sleep until i bought my own pillow They don't do deep cleaning and only surface cleaning (look underneath the lockers to see a garbage museum) Someone turned off one of the fridges and crammed my stuff into an already full fridge VOIP and Video calls in the co-working space suffered degradation due to either the failure to prioritize the different classes of traffic or an inadequate bandwidth to support the volume of traffic in either scenario this is an IT failure While the staff are very kind and polite I have decided against staying here again based on 3 factors: 1) You can't be guaranteed a quiet nights sleep. There's many nights you could have a better sleep with hobos in a park than inside this hotel. 2) Their private room cost is more than a 3 star hotel which guarantees a private shower with hot water, Clean linens daily and an ergonomic desk/chair with a stable internet connection 3) The kitchen most times looks like the aftermath of WWII. Most guests are slobs making it difficult to eat when surrounded by filth.

Everyone that works there is super nice. I had stayed in another location in part 93 and didn’t find it quite as warm and enticing. Everyone is just amazing and so kind and nice every time I go to Bogota I stay there.
