Crystal Paraiso Verde Resort & Spa - Ultimate All Inclusive

Such a great family hotel! The rooms are old and run down and could do with a refurb but the mini bar is stocked daily with fizzy drinks and water, towels changed daily and rooms cleaned. The staff are all lovely and work really hard!! The food is good we preffered the snacks at the pool there was so many to choose from. We also enjoyed the pool parties with the inflatable animals! Water slides are great and there is a seperate childrens pool with slides and a kids club. The shops are reasonable priced on site but if you have a 10 minute walk from the hotel there are loads of shops and markets. Drinks and cocktails are good. The cafe downstairs is great serving cakes, ice creams and the best millshakes and iced coffees! Would reccomend to anyone with children and we would deffo return!

My husband and I visited for a week. We have stayed in the belek area half a dozen times and so knew what to expect in terms of there being not much outside of the hotels. We paid a bargain price and so we were pleased that on arrival the hotel was very impressive. Lovely reception etc. We were given a room in the main building above the restaurant which was ok. Bit dated but clean. Mini fridge coffee tea etc. There was no view just roof tops. But it didn’t bother us as you only sleep there. My main complaint the bed was rock hard. And no sheet or proper cover just a small blanket. We had two a la carte meals. Turkish and Italian. (Free) very nice. Pool area is good. I should imagine in peak summer it may have been a squash but fine in October. Girls on roller skates came round daily taking drinks orders. Food at pool really good. Restaurant also good. The usual people rushing about thinking thst the food would run out but in the whole we had no problems. Alcohol good. Efes and champagne (cava) vodka cocktails lots !! Entertainment usual of the big hotels. Amptitheatre and outdoor disco. Tractor ride to beach or you can walk (5 mins). On the whole we had a very good week and would return but not in summer as feel it would be to crowded.

The room was ok, clean and tidy. Asked for the quilt and housekeeper sorted this for me in no time. Different story with the mini fridge, had to request it four times to get it refilled once in seven days. Food not great at all. Breakfast was the worst, for lunch not even bothered to get to buffet and been eating mostly at the beach bar - the best food there. Dinner not nice either. Only three days later we were told by other guests about late snack bar - reception not informed us about it on our arrival which would of be nice as we arrived 3am and been hungry! Coctails - no consistency, one can be good another just lemonade. All cocktails served in plastic cups, hotel should consider more about the impact to the environment and reduce usage of plastic cups etc., Entertainment - shocking how the hotel can make private parties for the Dutch people and leave their other guests behind. Yes, they did organised something for others but it wasn't good at all. Maintenance of the hotel - as I said above, no complaints about the room, I wasn't going and taking pics of every snag as I didn't went for that. However, maintenence around the pools have to be improved, lots of damaged tiles, drain covers around the pools where anyone can hurt themselves and seen not once people required first aid. Staff - not all of them are helpful, some of them constantly unhappy about things and showing that obviously to the guests. Some staff were really struggling to speak English and always trying to speak Russian, which I found offending. All in all, food not good, entertainment not great, safety is shocking.

I never thought I’d be one of them people that wasted their time writing a review while I was still on holiday. But unfortunately I’ve had to write this one. The quick version of this review is it was awful and should be avoided unless you are Dutch. If you can be bothered reading why I’ll go into more detail below. I have been to Turkey about 5 times, this was the most expensive but probably the worst holiday I’ve been on here. There were 7 of us that travelled in total, 4 adults and 3 children. Rooms. The rooms were ok but certainly not 5 star. The beds were ok, but there was only one single sheet on our double bed. We were in 1612 and our friends were next door in 1613. These rooms should be avoided at all costs. As said in other reviews the music was far too loud until 1am every night. We faced the pool area and thought we had been given good rooms until we tried to get to sleep. Which was impossible until after the Turkish Creamfields finished every night. The DJ could do with a few lessons too because he couldn’t mix to save his life. Our friends couldn’t open their front door without moving one of the beds out of the way. The mini bar was empty when we arrived and was only topped up once while we were there. We also ran out of toilet paper on one of the days as it hadn’t been replenished and had to get one from our friends. Food The food was ok, but definitely not the best. It was the same pretty much everyday, but anything that was good was taken quickly by whoever got there first. Breakfast was certainly not catered for the English so we only ever had toast and a bit of jam. I’ve never seen so many people have chips and nuggets at 9am in my whole lifeDespite there being a large selection of ham at breakfast it vanished at lunchtime and it was impossible to make a sandwich. Dinner was the best out of the three sittings, but it was pot luck on whether you got there at the right time or not. The food at the pool was ok but the same every day. Drinks The drinks were very much hit and miss, none were ever the same and very dependent on who made them. They do have a beer garden though that just serves beer. This is definitely the best place to go for a beer and we walked down from the pool and brought them back up. Pool The pool area has definitely seen better days, there were lots of broken and missing tiles in and out of the pool. It was really sloppy too and we seen a lot of people fall over. A lady actually split her head open, they had to take her to hospital. My wife cut her foot on a broken tile in the pool too. Entertainment This was the worst thing about our holiday and left the majority of the guest complaining while we were there. On our 5th night we were stopped from going into the main entertainment area as it was a private party for the Dutch guests. Traveled here for a family 50th birthday celebrations. Everything was amazing and 24 hours service. The only thing that let us down a little was the à la carte Turkish food, it wasn't as good as we expected but the food everywhere else including the snack bars was great. Super facilities and they cater well for everyone. Rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. The pool was a little cool in temperature but you get use to it. Staff were friendly and hard working. There are some good markets about 5-10 min walk from the hotel where you can buy all your designer stuff. I would definitely return again.

beautifully decorated complex. the workers are friendly. food is plentiful, a bit monotonous almost every day the same. there is no crowd in the restaurant, since they are open longer than in other hotels. the night program is extremely high quality and good.

It was a magical experience, amazing staff and service, food was fantastic entertainment was first class , entertainment during a day was las Vegas class, at night do and club dance was unbelievably safe for family and fun

Hotel was absolutely beautiful, very friendly people, staff was amazing from entertainment to the waitresses. I’ve read some negative reviews before coming and was slightly concerned. We have been to many hotels around the world and I can honestly say that this one is up there with the best of them. I went with my wife and 2 daughters and there was something for all of us, I loved the lagoon bar where they play a chilled Irish music, we had a family room with a double bed and bunk beds! Personally I wish we had 2 bed rooms that’s the only down side to my holiday. So if anybody had any doubts from the negative reviews rest assured that this was an amazing hotel.
