Never ever I have booked for September 1-15 .09 And I waked up that they cancel my reservation and mo refund back No one answers phones Mails nothing They closed bussines with booking so now I n also without money and no holiday …. Great no ?? Take care with this hotel

Booked this hotel and they charged us twice then cancelled our booking. Have not answered our emails or calls. Have not refunded us. We have now found out they have closed, or are in the process of closing. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.

Sheets and pillow were dirty, room smelled after cigarettes, balcon door was broken and couldn t bei closed safely, shower was damaged and rusty, toilett broken, there was now safe, fridge, tea and coffee as discribed. For the complaint, the Hotel Manager didn t have any time and never called back, neither was ist offered another room as a solution. Because of these bad experiences, we decided to leave after a horrible night. We didn t get any reimboursement. The conclusion: Museum Resort Spa is the worst Hotel i ve ever been! Don t go or you ll regret it

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT A STRESS-FREE EXPERIENCE! We stayed in a half finished room with zero internet, no TV, no kettle, exposed wires. This room was not ready for people to reside in. We asked for a room change but it was impossible as they overbooked the hotel somehow. A manager promised us a partial refund a day later then conveniently had the day off leaving two 14 year assistants at the desk that was reminiscent of young children being left at home alone. No manager on in the evening or morning. Very unprofessional. They made announcements in turkish only & we had no idea of shuttles, evening entertainment, inclusions. If you dont speak turkish consider yourself abandoned & forgotten about like us in the furtherest room in the compound. They could not assist us in any way & would not recommend it to anyone.

Don't book this hotel. They are thieves. I had to cancel part of my booking and even though I booked with free cancellation, they will not refund me. It has been almost 3 months and they still have not refunded me. Avoid this hotel, it's good reviews are fake as it buys good reviews.
