STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISGUSTING AWFUL PLACE!! We arrived on 6th June and as soon as we walked in knew it was bad!! And from that moment it just got worse! They messed up the booking and told us they had only booked us 1 room for myself my husband and a family friend, (we booked 2 rooms) When we arrived to our room after walking past the building works being undertaken on the hotel grounds we was faced with a printed A4 piece of paper explaining that it wasn’t all inclusive (which was what love holidays we’re selling) but there was a number of items listed that were at extra cost! The mini bar in the room was completely EMPTY but 2 small bottles of water were sat on the side! I contacted love holidays telling them I was appalled by the lack of services and selection in a so called ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE and along with the building work going on wanted to be moved to alternative accommodation, We left it with them and went to find something to eat and drink as we had been up since 3am! The snack bar provided chips, cooked bread and chicken nuggets and a burger if you were quick enough to get one! The evening restaurant food was ok but nothing spectacular! We returned to our room at 8.30 that evening to find the room flooded, the bed was soaked as the aircon machine had leaked, my husband went to the front desk and 10 minutes later they send a young lad to our room with a squeegee and a towel to mop the water up!!!! After complaining again they sent an engineer to the room to look at the aircon machine!!! He opened it up removed the electrical tape holding the pipes together, cut the pipe and slotted a random piece of pipe in the opening! Then left the room!! Bed still soaking wet! I ended up staying in this hell hole for 3 days before finally being moved to a much better hotel that was ALL INCLUSIVE!

Where do I start I wouldn’t even let my dog stay here! Firstly we arrived late the hotel staff was rude and honestly didn’t want us to be there. We asked if there was any where we get a drink to be told no it’s all closed we only wanted some water couldn’t even give us a bottle of that.we got shown to out which was dusty and dirty still had poo down the toilet from the last people it’s was warm in our room so thought we put the air con to which about 10 live cockroaches fall out all of the floor we went straight to reception to be told they will sort it in the morning I told them this is not acceptable so I the end they just moved us rooms. The next morning we was woken up by the decorating in the hall way outside. When we spoke to reception about this they told us we come 2 weeks early. In the end we call the holiday company we booked with and they finally moved us to much better hotel. DEFINITELY DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Very mixed feelings after that stay. House keeping forgot to clean room three times, and forgot some things some other times. The place is a bit worn down, gym is extremely small, shop is more like a sales place just for a few things, noise travels through walls too easily, some food is not refilled and food decreased last week of the two weeks. On the other hand the location is great with a few hundred meters to beach and city life, pool area is ok and the young boy staff (plus one girl) are very friendly and helpful.

Well, I read loads of reviews on this hotel but, foolishly went anyway! Let me start with the good points first we never ran out of toilet paper. Bad points, bedrooms, begging for refurbishment, cabinets & shelves hanging off. Not cleaned properly. Only changed the bed sheets when asked Bathroom was disgusting, toilet roll holder & towel holder on the floor, shelving dropping off and the shower OMG can’t have been cleaned since it was fitted, the silicone round the shower tray was brown!!!! Be aware this hotel doesn’t cater for Brits not one person spoke English. The guests were mainly Turkish and a few Russians. All inclusive no branded drinks just local rubbish that didn’t taste of much and dispensed in plastic cups except for the dining room. Beer was flat. After the first two days we found a local bar and drank there and dined out four nights. I could on but it’s easier just to say DON’T GO THERE.

I'm rating this hotel as average so people can manage their own expectations. Hotel is really clean and tidy, the bar staff are so friendly and chatty. Our toilet broke and the maintenance man came within 10 minutes of reporting it, even though it was very late at night. The pool is really busy and the chances of getting a sunbed are slim to none if you're not an early riser. We used the pool at the local bar (Curleys) as it was a lot more chilled out and less peopley. The downside for us was the food, I am the least pickiest of eaters. I adore Turkish food but even I struggled. There are lots of salad options but limited for other choices. The snack bar is open from 2-4 if you don't want an earlier lunch but I found the microwaved burgers a little disturbing, when you watch someone put a fully made up burger, salad and all in a microwave then you have to question how hungry you really are. I would say this hotel is neither good or bad, it's personal taste. I wouldn't recommend going fully inclusive though, there are so many amazing options outside the hotel.

Not a 5 star, you can count on one hands personnel capable to talk English. Poor cleaning and food quality. Not a satisfactory experience for the price paid. Avoid it is my recommendation. Good pools facilities and SPA. Charlie.
