We had a great stay! This is my second time staying and Sonesta is clean and very quiet at night. The beds are great!

Terrible. Crappy room next to the elevators and service room. Workers coming and going loudly at all hours yelling to each other. Rust all around bath sink. Basically the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time.

The male desk clerk who was there upon our arrival was ok. The next morning Amanda was at the desk and she was amazing, informative and extremely helpful. She is on loan she said from Baltimore but was much more helpful than the man the night before. The room and all other devices were wonderful.

I have stayed at this property before. The new front desk staff is horrific. They lied to me about there being signs about a renovation happening not once but twice (there were no signs), one was rude and argumentative with the worst hospitality skills I have ever seen. To the point where she was rude to me in front of her boss!!! Problems with the WiFi, the refrigerator, the toilet, signs on doors saying they were out of order when they weren't. I could go on. The ladies that made breakfast and the rest of the staff were lovely. New management, you need to take a hospitality course!!!

Stayed here while visiting FAU with my daughter. Property is a little older but very clean and staff friendly. Close to the beach and shopping. Would recommend.

The keys to the room didn’t work in several occasions. I repeatedly asked for new keys in order to access my own ROOM hatter ebony locked out about three to four times. Apparently this happens to most guests therefore, the front desk lady didn’t seem too shocked. After all the money I spent, I would at least expect to be able to access the room I purchased. Bed sheets weren’t the cleanest and the wall had some weird booger like stuff on it. Looks dried and like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks.

Just ok. Front desk was efficient but a big standoffish. My room key kept malfunctioning, I was told that it was an old system that needed to be updated. The grounds were very nice and kept up well. Definitely a low three in rating.

P_aid full price and the fitness facility was closed due to flooding in Jan. The location advertised the fitness facility as available. No compensation for lack of facility.

We had a good stay here before flying out of the Boca Airport, which is very close by. There are good restaurants right beside the hotel. The staff at the front desk were very nice. I would stay here again.

The room was comfortable. Loved that we received a first floor. Grounds were beautiful thought it came with a continental breakfast however you had to pay for that.

This was a miserable hotel experience all around. The cafe saff at breakfast were wonderful but the hotel was NOTHING like the photos. It was a dump. We paid over $200 total for our stay including overpriced pre packaged Starbucks breakfast sandwhiches and I will never do it again. The hotel hallways were dingy, the main elevator was not working so we had to carry all of our baggage up the stairs. When we opened the door to the hallway the stench was awful as we walked through the hall it only got worse and worse and smelled like old vomit and mildew. It peaked as we walked by the ice machine, and when we walked into our room it smelled like the windows hadn’t been open in months and it smelled damp. Overall won’t be staying here again

The staff was not very accommodating when I wanted a late checkout and made me reserve and pay for the room for another day and night.
