Amrai Suites

Back the 3rd time, so you‘d expect the newness to have worn off: guess again… no! All the things Amrai cannot take credit for such as the amazing nature, the sound of the Litz, the amazing hikes in the area, are as amazing as the first time: there is still so much to be discovered…. What Amrai can take credit for such as the amazing cuisine and wines, the fantastic and warm-hearted staff (from reception to restaurant to management) seems to only have become better and better. The perfect combination of professionalism, personal touch and sincerity! And that so many of the team remain the same is an evidence that Amrai is a special place. Let’s face it, if you don’t like this oasis of wellness, tranquility and hospitality, then probably the problem is you…..

We went for a girls spa weekend to Amrai and it was heaven on earth. Amazing hotel and design with a huge spa area. We loved the different saunas and relaxing zones and enjoyed the roof top pool. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. Dinner and breakfast were delicous. Everything was simply perfect. We really enjoyed our stay there and will be back soon.

Just had a stay at Amrai Suites and wow, what an experience! The private pool surrounded by that crisp snow gives such a unique and cozy feel. The spa is like a slice of paradise, great for those moments when you just want to unwind. And can we talk about the staff? Super friendly and always ready to help. Location-wise, it's a dream, especially if you're looking to balance work with some downtime. If you're in town, definitely give this place a shot. It's a gem!

Very nice hotel at the perfect location for hiking enthusiasts. Dogs are also more than welcome overhere . We stayed in a beautiful family suite with sauna. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Very comfortabele beds! Beautiful terrace with nice outside furniture. Everything was also very clean. Breakfast was very extensive and delicious, we were not short of anything. Dinner also delicious, but unfortunately some structure is missing in the service. Of the four evenings we were there, the service two nights was unfortunately substandard. One evening everything took way too long. The wine we ordered was still not there after half an hour. The other evening everything went much too fast. In an hour we were outside again (for a 6 course menu). A tip: allocate the staff their own tables and let the guests decide in the morning what they would like to eat in the evening. Fortunately, the other nights the service was much smoother. irrespective of this we had a very nice stay!

Seems Belinda Carlisle was right: heaven IS a place on earth: the Amrai Suites in Schruns!! What an amazing holiday we had. The Suites are a beautiful architectural oasis of tranquility beautifully located next to the river. The building is magnificent: the architects that designed this outdid themselves: looks like every detail has been thought through. We had a groundfloor suite with pool and everything is beautifully designed with enough room for the family which makes for a fantastic stay. From the warm-hearted welcome by the hosts (management) till the departure we had nothing but amazing experiences. Food is fantastic (both restaurants) and with original multiple course dishes accompanied by great (Austrian), not overpriced wines. The afternoon snack (cheese, vegetables, meat, pastries etc) is an original and nice concept. The breakfast is lavish. The spa is by far the nicest spa I’ve ever come across, and I’ve seen a few… The staff are fantastic, and the newcomers show that they have what it takes to be a true gem to the hospitality industry. A bit unfair to single out people but Issa and Irina were true gems that made our stay genuinely heavenly. A 5 star GL experience without the schnick-schnack. An amazing value for money. We can’t wait to be back!!

This is now the third time in a raw that we are coming to this hotel and it is just the one I have ever been so far. The architecture and design are just fabulous, very high quality and beautiful. The rooms are big, very quiet and super cozy. Views of the mountains are gorgeous. The personal is super kind and really making sure we feel like at home from breakfast to diner. Food is delicious, super tasty, with a great variety and selection. The area is also beautiful and perfect to explore for a long weekend or more. I can only recommend this hotel, this is a MUST and the best in the area. FABULOUS!!!

Hier ist alles aussergewöhnlich! Wir haben wunderbare Tage hier verbracht, alles ist aufeinander abgestimmt und funktional-schön gestaltet. Die beiden SPA-Vereiche sind aussergewöhnlich! Tatsächlich das einzige, was man bemängeln kann, ist der Kaffee 😉

Das Hotel hat uns extrem gut gefallen! Sehr schönes Zimmer, grandiose SPA Bereiche, fantastisches Essen und freundliches Personal. Erholung pur, absolut zu empfehlen und jederzeit einen weitern Aufenthalt wert! Schruns selbst ist auch ein sehr hübsches Örtchen mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig. Der Wellnessbereich war auch top. Insbesondere die Aussicht im oberen Wellnessbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch das Essen war sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausserordentlich. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder
