There are 2 primary bedrooms with a split floor plan, a cozy living space, dining area, outside seating space and fully equipped kitchen. You'll be right off HWY 321/221 and approx 15 min to App State/Boone. OTHER DETAILS: The condo is located on the 2nd story of 3 floors. There is no elevator so you will need to use a set of stairs to get to the unit. It is common to hear noise from the unit above or from guests in the courtyard or adjoining units. The community is made up of other vacation rentals, full time residents and second homes. It's a very friendly community, we like our neighbors, and ask that you follow the simple HOA rules: - Pet friendly for up to 2 dogs with a max weight of 35 lbs. There is a designated area to walk dogs. They are not allowed to be walked in the courtyard directly outside the unit but you’ll see a lawn area a short distance outside with room to roam. - Quiet hours in Blowing Rock are between 11pm - 7am. - Parking is for up to 2 cars.
