Private: natural state property 300 m2, meadow. In the house: storage room for bicycles. 4 km long bumpy, narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 14 km, restaurant 800 m. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Negrentino, Museo della Valle di Blenio, Castello di Seravalle, Castelli di Bellinzona UNESCO, Mercato Bellinzona (sabato), Archivio fotografico Donetta. it was quiet, we just didn't have any warm water, but that wasn't bad in summer. The chairs are bad and old, the pillows very dirty. but otherwise everything is really great. Highly recommended to relax and unwind. Entrance completely unproblematic.
