New Valron Hotel

It’s all about expectations. I was booked at a different hotel but there was a problem at check in. It was late and I found this place online.. it’s clean warm mid week good value which they tripped at the weekend. Which I wasn’t impressed about and the rate on a Friday and Saturday it’s not worth that fee. But when you’re in a bind you have no alternative. Otherwise the fella sort of receptionist is a laugh and the bed comfy. Depending on your budget it’s fine and I would recommend it

i have never noticed this hotel earlier. but when i tried to book a hotel in blackpool i saw great offers for this hotel and i thought i would go for this. the new valron hotel is really a nice place and the stay is really luxurious one. there is always a staff to assist you

These photos on here are not what the hotel is like anymore.. We stayed here on Saturday night, very welcoming, really attentive, the place has literally been refurbished as I've seen the before photos, it was clean, and smelled new carpets all through Room was large, comfortable bed, private bathroom and plenty of tea and coffee Shower was really powerful and warm They have a large bar area and also a restaurant where you can order food. Have a key code so you can get in and out. Will defo stay here again We wad really happy staying here and will go again. Ignore old reviews the new owners clearly have changed things now. Take a chance you won't be disappointed, close to all amenities aswell thanks for our stay, booked online and arrived within 30 minutes

New beds really comfortable mattress We booked on *********** and the found some reviews online we where going to cancel but decided to at least try and check in on arrival we where really surprised after talking with staff the hotel has recently been purchased and re opened after a complete overhaul Its now a really nice place and i am sure we will visit regularly

Stay well clear of this dump! What a hovel! Thankgod we only had to endure one night. The shared lounge is more like a room out of a drug den you see on tv. Smells like lots of cats have been using the carpet as a toilet. Needs more painting through out! The advertised bar was locked up and looked like a health and safety nightmare. The bedroom was tiny and smelly. Hot water tap in bathroom wasn’t working and if you do go take your own towels because I have bigger dish cloths at home. I’m thankful there was no breakfast because eating here would definitely of led to some sort of hospital treatment. Our saving grace was the fact it was one night and the cafe down the street, who do an amazing breakfast…awful experience

This hotel is the pits booked for 29th Oct arrived at 11am to a unmanned hotel with a phone number to ring on arrival. An Asian man picked up the phone so rude. Told him we had a reservation he told me to early the cleaners are still in come back at 3pm. Went back at 3pm rang the number again a miserable man came to meet us took us in to the living room it's was filthy water bottle crushed on the floor un vacuumed carpets dirty windows dusty, he asked for a 10 pound key deposit so we asked for a receipt he changed his mind. Told us to leave the key in a bowl in the hallway when we leave in the morning we had room 16 first floor we had to walk pass dirty bed sheet un clean carpets crap and bins every where. Open the bedroom door omg dusty smell un made beds dirty sheets that was it tryed to ring him he avoid our calls he never came back to check our friends in. Even said he wouldn't stay in this hotel. Broken furniture near the front door if it fell over it would block the main entrance our main escape if they was a fire was blacked with a broken slot machine and dirty bedding piled high so no bedding had been washed fir a long time We left to find another hotel which was a cross the road beautiful. Later we saw him letting some new people in so we showed them the pictures and he told us to keep the noise down we were only talking then said "fk off" never known anything like this he then shout its Blackpool what do you expect lol we have complained to *********** for a full refund but refusing see the pictures we've taken please don't waste your money we are taking to trading standard's UK and informed the local fire deptment
