Just returned from a lovely long weekend in Blackpool staying at the Rose Bank Villa Hotel for the first time. Really enjoyed our stay, with the hosts Helen and Michael going the extra mile to ensure that we were comfortable. The hotel is ideally situated next to the Winter Gardens, with a public car park only 50 yards away (there is no on-street parking outside the hotel). Really appreciated the upgrade to the very spacious and well equipped Nolan’s suite but all the rooms were very clean and comfortable. You can even specify the room temperature that you prefer. The breakfasts were delicious, with a choice of cereals and full English. Can’t wait to visit again, and would highly recommend staying at Rose Bank.

Other hotels take note, this is how it’s done! I’ve been going to Blackpool every year for 25 years and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at by a long shot! Helen and Michael are excellent hosts and I highly recommend this hotel. Lovely tidy comfy room. Warm, all mod cons and very well kept. Can’t praise it enough.

Great communication through booking direct through the website. Lovely greeting on arrival. Was given keys to access at anytime. Room was warm and clean. Bedding was clean and very comfy bed. Shower was great with clean towels available. Coffee tea making and tv in the room with lots of storage. Rooms were safe and secure and quiet with no problems whatsoever. A little gem

This hotel was recommended to my by a fellow union colleague. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfy, the shower was great, the location was very good for me and a full breakfast which was amazing.

Everything is perfect here, from the spotlessly clean bedrooms to the perfectly cooked to order breakfast . Michael even replaced the batteries in the cuckoo clock as I wondered why it didn't work and I missed it from previous visits. We wouldn't ever contemplate staying anywhere else in Blackpool.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel over August bank holiday weekend and upgraded to The Nolan’s suite which was incredible. It’s immaculate, welcoming and in close proximity to the prom and shopping. Our hosts were friendly and nothing was too much trouble… the breakfast is outstanding!! Thanks Michael and Helen, we’re looking forward to staying again - and George the cat is the cutest!

A group of us stayed at Rose Bank Villa while attending a dance competition. The hotel was ideally located being with a few minutes walking distance of the Winter Gardens. Rooms were warm, comfortable & spotless. Breakfast was generous & delicious. Owners Helen & Michael could not have been more accommodating, not to mention fun!

Once again we were not disappointed with our stay at Rose Bank Villa. Wonderful spacious bedroom and en suite bathroom. Everywhere was spotless as usual . Great choice at breakfast which was wonderful. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Blackpool .

So lovely to be back at this charming guest house after the pandemic. Helen and Michael have clearly been working very hard updating their property. It was absolutely spotless. Our room was very was spacious and very comfortable. The huge bathroom was an unexpected bonus. Breakfast was perfectly cooked and presented. Michael even offered to take us home when he found out our car had broken down! We could not ask for any more
