This hotel is worth the money you pay to stay for a night.the beds are reasonably comfortable. good location right opposite the tram .good baths with plenty of hot water.

Hotel is clean and service excellent...will be back next year summer ya..

The hotel appears attractive from the outside, but the interior is quite run-down. The sanitary conditions were poor, and the front desk service was very disappointing. It took nearly an hour to check in, which caused us to miss our scheduled attractions and led to financial loss. Not recommended.

Really pleasant stay at the Imperial hotel. Location is excellent right on the promenade about 7 minutes walk to north pier. Room was good quality for the price i paid. Comfortable bed, daily housekeeping. Tea / coffee making facilities in room.

Really enjoyed our stay reception staff were great, room was hot but a fan was in the room. Bath was great. With lovely bubble bath Would stay again thank you

We had a lovely time. We also enjoyed the free entertainment on Sunday and Monday evening. The staff were lovely also. 🙂

Pleasant stay at the hotel. Parking was available for £10. Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast had plenty of choice . Have stayed here previously and would be happy to return

Enjoyed staying at this hotel,food was lovely and so were the staff.This hotel is very big with lifts upto all the floors.Very clean and not to far from the piers.A tram to take you to the beach ,pleasure beach and town centre.Would give this hotel 10/10

Excellent stay, breakfast and entertainment good, only slight issues bar person didn’t know what type of wine was on the offer. When seated for breakfast could have been asked / served tea and coffee quicker.

Having used this venue for overnight stays on several occasions we keep coming back as it covers most of the bases for a short break in Blackpool and will continue to make it our first choice for Blackpool. Having all of the amenities that you would expect, the reception staff are always polite and helpful and the property is usually reasonably priced for what it offers. if I had to say anything negative it would be that it is a long walk for older members of the family to get into the centre however there are multiple options available by way of public transport in that instance.

Staff very friendly & approachable. Some areas of the hotel needs a refresh. Good location.

We've used the Imperial several times and have always had a great stay. Staff are friendly and helpful and it is great value for money. We did purchase the breakfast, but were disappointed from our previous visits. It seemed that the products used were of a poorer standard. We will definitely be rebooking in the future.
