Crystals on the Prom

We’ve had the best stay at crystals on the prom! We’ve stayed three times and each time was better than the last, the owners are so lovely and we always have good, friendly conversations over a wonderful breakfast. The rooms are lovely and so comfortable. Truly a home away from home!

Spent the weekend in Blackpool with friends, we all stayed at Crystals on the Prom. We were met at the back of the B&B by Chris who unlocked the gates for the car parking (£5 per night). Once inside the B&B we were met by Maureen who made us all instantly feel welcome. Both the owners Chris and Maureen are very knowledgeable about the local areas and good places to visit. We were directed to our bedrooms which were comfy and cosy, they were well decorated, clean and tidy. The bar is well stocked with many varieties of alcohol, we had great banter with Chris and Maureen at the bar (pre drinks before heading out), they were informative about the bar closing times. We got a great night's sleep and woke up to the delicious smell of breakfast being cooked by Chris. The breakfast is a buffet style, where you can help yourself to cereals, toast and a hot full English. The plates and food are kept lovely and hot, the food was outstanding - cooked to perfection!!! Again, Chris and Maureen were on the floor talking to everyone, ensuring that everyone's needs were met. Nothing more to say about this B&B other than AMAZING!!!! Already booked in for another 2 reservations to Crystals on the Prom.... Can't wait!!!

Just had another fantastic stay at crystals on the prom this was our 5th visit Maureen and Chris are fantastic hosts the hotel was spotless as always and the breakfast is lovely with loads of choice the location is fabulous and the car park is perfect we could not recommend this hotel highly enough

Stayed at this hotel for one night for the recent Blackpool air show. The hotel is central to the promenade, with a tram stop within a five minute walk, there is parking at the hotel at a cost of £5.00 per night. We had a double room, with a restricted sea view, the room was clean with en-suite but what some may say dated. Breakfast included in the price, was buffet style, and you were shown to your table by the owner. Made use of the bar in the evening which was reasonably priced and open until late, but not too late. Overall the stay at this hotel was adequate for our needs to stay in Blackpool.

Stayed here 15th August,made to feel very welcome from the moment you arrive,both owners are very knowledgeable about the local area and nothing is too much trouble wish I was able to stay more than 1 night as it was a very late night last night and woken up late for breakfast but it wasn't a problem,they even booked me a taxi to the train station while I was eating, would definitely return and recommend to friends and family

Would definitely stay here again, we are frequent visitors to Blackpool and this is easily one of the best places we have stayed. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Car park was a massive bonus, beats driving round looking for a parking place. Breakfast was outstanding, buffet style,plentiful and hot. A rare combination. We had a double and a family room. The double was clean and comfortable, not spacious but certainly adequate. The family room also clean but also very spacious and comfortable.
