Yet another fab stay at this beautifully presented B & B. I changed rooms this time & as always I wasnt disapointed the place is absolutely immaculate & the hosts Jo & Andy can never do enough for you. Nothings to much trouble for them & I will be back again

Another wonderful stay , Andy & Jo welcomed us back with open arms. The immaculately clean and modern rooms are a welcome haven after a busy day exploring Blackpool. The bar is a cosy friendly place to enjoy a drink and the kids enjoyed the board games and quiz games before heading to bed. Breakfast is top notch and the B and B has secure parking too which is rare in the centre in Blackpool, wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

We were recommended this B&B by friends who have stayed previously. It was delightful. Andy and Jo were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. Room was spotless. Great location. We would definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. Thank you Jo and Andy.

Jo and Andy what can we say , our stay was exceptional from start fi!ish they really made us feel at home , they were fantastic with our daughter Freya too and the breakfast is great , thank you again we will be back for the lights in September see you soon guys

Absolute gem of a place. Highly recommend this B and B. Couldn't find any faults whatsoever. The welcome we got was a brilliant start, then we saw the rooms. Excellent quality rooms, all of a very high standard. Breakfast choices were amazing. We would definitely come back if we were ever to come to Blackpool again.

Amazing host’s, so helpful and very accommodating of the young children. Room was very clean and the whole b&b was throughout. Breakfast had a great range, fresh and delicious! Thankyou to Andy and Jo for an amazing experience, your worth your weight in Gold

I don’t even know where to start on Jo and Andy what an amazing couple they genuinely bent over backwards for me and my kids. I stayed with 3 children as a single parent, they couldn’t do enough for us! The room was perfect to our needs and absolutely immaculate and the bed was so comfortable and just what I needed after a nonstop day, I slept amazing! The breakfast was perfect every single day. Jo was brilliant and helped me with the stuff I needed for my baby. They offer room service too if you fancy a drink in your room at night. They don’t over charge for this everything is perfectly reasonably priced and great quality. Thanks to you both Jo & Andy for helping make our first little holiday as a single parent family of 4 brilliant. The location is spot on! Which matters with small kids.. This will absolutely be our Go-to each we visit Blackpool now.

We had a wonderful stay at Rossall House - from the moment we arrived Jo and Andy made us feel at home, and nothing was too much trouble. The room was immaculate, with very comfortable beds and a really smart bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, loads of choice and beautifully cooked, nice touch having a small bar at the front too so we could have a drink before we went to bed. I would highly recommend Rossall House to anyone travelling to Blackpool, we'll be staying there again next time!

Very warm and nice reception. Enjoyed our stay there. Good proximity to many activities too. It was easy for us to go to the pleasure beach, come back to the lodge and go back again. The beds were comfy and my kids were happy. We enjoyed the delicious free breakfast too. More than happy to revisit in future. Will definitely recommend!
