Premier Inn Blackpool (Beach)

I use Premier Inn for my leisure trips almost everytime, as long as there is one in the area where I am going. The thing with them is, everything is Uniform, you know exactly what you are getting and exactly what to expect when you arrive. They are just fantastic for the prices they charge. You could be in Bournmouth or Keswick, the experience is the same, the food quality is the same, all great products and the staff are the same, a friendly smile and a warm welcome. I love staying at the Premier Inn, I have used them for many years now and will continue to use them again and again. Sorry I know this all sounds too good to be true but it is absolutely true, it's how I feel about this company. I have used them at my own worst times and they got me through it and I have used them for my good times too. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I stayed at Blackpool Beach PI, for one overnight stay on this occasion. I have also stayed for multiple days in the past.

Receptionist on arrival was lovely, checked into room 7, the room was set up incorrectly but this was quickly rectified. The room itself was a nice size but very warm and muggy, had the window open as much as possible but had to close it at night as right by the main entrance and it’s very squeaky door and people smoking close to the entrance. Floor boards above that room could do with being looked at, at times I thought the room above us fancied joining us.. honestly sounded like they were going to come through. Perfect location for amenities and the free car park is a good size for a busy hotel. We will definitely come back, but perhaps ask for a 1st floor room and take a fan 🙂

Room wasn't ready when we arrived after 7pm ,the door card wasn't open our room we got a new room but smell like someone smoked there and the room was dirty the bathroom was mouldy. The radiator all night making loud noise and does not heat at all.

I booked the two-night stay at this Premier Inn and I remembered to the quest a room on the ground floor. I forgot to select an accessible room from the drop-down menu when we got to the hotel and were shown to our room, I realised my mistake. The receptionist was extremely helpful and had a very last-minute cancellation for an accessible room which she let us have. Considering it was my mistake in the first place, she was extremely polite and helpful and made sure everything was just right for us. If I'm back in the area again, I'll definitely stay here again and remember to select the correct room type.

Friendly, helpful staff. All areas including my room spotlessly clean . Room nice and warm. Excellent food in restaurant. Very convenient parking. Location approximately 15 minutes walk to tram. I will definitely be returning in 2026 or sooner when I go to my next gig in Blackpool.

Not the best Premier Inn. We wouldn't stay again and 3 nights was enough. It was very basic, the room needed TLC , the heating needs sorting too cold. Free breakfast in the pub at the side was a plus. We sat in our coats the first morning as it was cold in there. The pub opened in the morning for breakfast only and again in the evening 5pm until 9pm . We arrived at 4pm after a long journey expecting to eat and found it was closed. The Receptionist could have mentioned it but didn't. The pub was charmless and uninviting. There were so few guests that the hot breakfast buffet was withdrawn and the food was cooked to order. In saying that the food was excellent and I couldn't fault the staff
