Would strongly recommend against staying here if you have a car. We got charged a £100 fine for unauthorised parking, despite paying the £10 parking fee and parked at the rear of the hotel exactly as instructed by a staff member. Contacted the OYO hotel chain customer service, and they informed us that it was 'apparently' our fault for not registering the vehicle on a 'tablet' at reception. There was no information about this, no tablet in sight, staff took the payment, and noted down our licence plate. We paid by card, and the staff member was visibly annoyed that we didn't pay in cash.
