We actually got upgraded to a suite at the Horseshoe. Awesome room. Especially the bathroom shower. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was nice but the drive there was awefull took us three hours to go three miles. ****** was a blast but never any three card poker dealers. Only one option to eat after 11:00 on a Thursday was called 24-7 in the monarch. Need more cocktail waitress.

There was blood all over the walls in our bathroom. We talked to the front desk and they sent housekeeping in to clean it. After house keeping changed our bedsheets (that were also covered in blood) we came back to see the blood all over the bathroom remained! The front desk was extremely apologetic, but the issue was not resolved. I wouldnt recommend staying here. Buck up the extra money to stay somewhere else.

The housekeeping staff was very helpful! I almost always need a pet friendly hotel and Lady Luck has a few rooms available for my furry friend. Much appreciated.

There was so much noise. Drilling, and people arguing at all hours of night 4 different time 1 3 4 and 430 am. Drilling when we got there at 3pm and again at 10 and then 6 am.

After reading several reviews of the Lady Luck ****** I was okay with staying here because the price point was the best in Blackhawk. I was not expecting much. I was blown away at the customer services, the rooms were perfect, I love how it is attached to the Horseshoe. I will be back at Lady Luck very soon.

I don’t love the scaffolding outside the window, glad the window only opens slightly! This Mama Bear doesn’t like that access to the room.

After paying a considerable fee for the one-night stay, I arrived and was informed that I had to spend another $19 for "the channels on the TV and the other stuff in the room"; the only additional item in the room was a coffee maker with one pouch of coffee, definitely not worth another 19 bucks, we didn't even drink it. The beds were REALLY hard, and the blankets weren't thick or comfortable. I am not thrilled with this hotel and won't stay here again.

Booked online with ******* drive 1 hour up to the hotel only to find out there were no rooms available. Screwed up my entire night
