Natur Garden Hotel

We arrived as a family of 10 with ages ranging from 14 to 55 , the rooms were clean; the maids worked very hard and always had our rooms clean. However a few of us had issues with maids not replenishing toilet roles or towels. This was resolved at reception quickly . There is plenty of sun beds however if you don’t get them early the only ones left are ones in sun with no shade in late afternoon. Which is very hot . It was around 32-45° when we was here. THE FOOD is absolutely AWFUL as an English family there was no selection for anyone. The first day we arrived the food selection was random with things like fish with eyes in. And COLD rice . There is no kids option at evenings meal no pizza pasta or even chips. 1 out of our group of 10 could eat the food as he will eat anything . Snack bar is nice with chips chicken nuggets and onion rings but the first day it was served COLD. We went all inclusive and there was no cocktail menu we had to guess what drinks we wanted. The hotel is located in a lovely area with it being close to the beach , many shops too. Best advice is bring lira as we paid euros and pounds in the shops and they robbed us with change. Paid £10 for something and got £4 change out of £20 note as they give you it back in lira. All together the weather is nice the hotel is clean maybe abit run down and the food is hell. It is more based on catering for Turkish or other European nationals, Not English . The drink glasses are small and you are at the bar every 5 minutes as they aren’t even proper cup sizes …more like shot glasses . There is no labels on the food , so you don’t know about any allergy’s or what the food actually is. One of our group has a seafood allergy so no labels on food was extremely dangerous!!! The air conditioning didn’t work in one of our rooms and we were provided with a fan and that was it until our 4th day into a 7 day trip . 2 of our group moved rooms on the first day due to poor quality , and no air conditioning that worked . This hotel is more of a 2* plus hotel rather than a 3 star. We have had to eat out every night due to the poor food , we were misled with people saying the food was nice , I promise you it isn’t .

Overall I had a really lovely stay here at Natur garden. The food options were great, breakfast and lunch were better than dinner but that didn’t bother me much. Location is great, 3 minute walk and you’re on the beach. Lots of sun beds and the pool is perfect. Staff are friendly, just hard to communicate as their English isn’t strong. Only downside to the holiday was the hotel rooms. We payed for a balcony but got put in a room with a French balcony so asked to move which they managed to get sorted in a few hours. Wouldn’t say it’s the cleanest, beds aren’t that comfy and had to ask twice for some towels as my room didn’t have any. Also didn’t have a bin. Apart from this it was a lovely holiday. I would recommend it for a nice relaxing stay.

Lovely clean hotel, beautiful pool and wonderful gardens. Plenty of space to sit around pool, always sun loungers free. Staff are friendly. Entertainment coordinator, Aceyla, is the best and really goes above and beyond to find things to do that you will really enjoy.

Overall the food was terrible,cheap items like chicken nuggets and frozen onion rings formed the basis of some meals.The traditional Turkish breakfasts were good and salads,however the cooked food was served lukewarm.The rooms weren't cleaned properly ,even the toilet cleaning brush was devoid of bristles.The beds were hard.It was obvious that the young waiters and cleaners hadn't been trained up properly as they often dropped dirty cutlery and food residue on the table where you were eating.Dinner was served between 7and 9pm ,most people went for the early sitting,for fear of running out of food.The dining area was far too small to accommodate ample tables On one occasion I witnessed a loud ,abusive man yelling at a female guest for reserving the table before him.The pool rules arent adhered to,inconsiderate diving,ball games ,drinking alcohol and bizarrely even smoking cigarettes in the pool.So if you want a relaxing swim it's rather difficult. If you want to keep your room on for a few extra hours it'll cost you 80 euros,which is far too expensive for a substandard room. The beautiful ,well established courtyard garden was the hotels most redeeming feature.The hotel is classed as a budget hotel,so that has been considered in this review,I would be thinking hotel 2stars

As a hotel it does what it says on the tin. It is clean and functional. Bar staff are friendly and restaurant manager was helpful. However, I am a tea drinker and this hotel doesn't cater for that. When i did find tea was told there was no milk.......The food does tend to be leftovers recycled but it wasnt nasty. Loved the location, but would probably stay somewhere else next time

This was our third stay in THE NATURE GARDEN, I have always found it to be a very lovely and peaceful Hotel, the rooms, showers and toilets have always been clean and fresh. The Waiting and Bar staff have always been very polite and eager to help. We will have no hesitation to return there next year.
