Very nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff, especially Supervisor Yazar and Captain Ridvan. All of the staff made us feel at home and were always very helpful and hard working. The cleaners did a very good job of keeping the rooms tidy and providing fresh towels every 2 days. The cleaner around the pool was also very kind, helpful and extremely hard working. The food was very nice, with a good range of food every day, meaning it never got boring or samey. Overall we would definitely come back again and if you are looking to come to Bitez, definitely come here!

This is an honest review. I always take bad reviews with a pinch of salt and I really am not a fussy eater. We arrived at 10.45pm. We weren't offered a sandwich like others. Taken to our room. On entering saw a cockroach. Tried to get some sleep. Next morning another one. Went for breakfast which was a disappointment Told reception about the cockroaches and guy said he would go spray and sort it. Was told issues sorted. Went back to get ready for tea later to find two more, back to reception and was handed a can of spray. I suggested they came with us, 2 more, the gut stamped on one, a big no no, and the girl ran out. We asked to move and was told no room we would have to sleep there. I was scared, just me and my daughter, we ended up sat in reception for hours before we reluctantly went and tried to sleep. Eventually got another room which was clean. The food wasn't great but slightly improved as week went on. We didn't find staff friendly at all. The guy cleaning round the pool etc is amazing and never stops. This holiday was a bit of a nightmare and I wouldn't return.

Having read reviews before coming I wasn't optimistic but was pleasantly surprised. Pretty grounds with trees and flowers and a good sized pool. Very clean in apartment and around pool all down to a very hard working chap who never stops. I'd come back.

I went with my family to this hotel in June 2024. What can I say about this hotel it is fantastic from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. When we arrived at the hotel it was early hours of the morning and the manager was waiting for us and prepared sandwiches as everything else was closed which was very nice of him to do. The room we were given was not right for us and we told the manager about it and he swapped our room straight away no second question asked. The food was really good and the waiter and the chefs were really good the food was on point all the time. The cleaner was fantastic always would come in the morning and change the bed sheets and clean the room nothing was too much to ask. Overall this holiday was fantastic and would highly recommend people to come to this place.

Excellent hotel very clean .bar staff excellent especially Ridvan made you very welcome .food was good but a bit repetitive but typical of all inclusive.maids kept your room very clean only small fault rooms quite small .beach was very closr

Yazar and Ridvan are particularly friendly. Really nice place. Bars are lovely. Close to the beach, staff are friendly…. Water melon vodka is a must! Would say To visit Deniz bar, they are funny! We also visited Kos which was great! Would defiantly visit again.

very good hotel. delicious food. large rooms. great pool. the service is fantastic. the bartender Yazar is wonderful. very helpful. takes care of every guest. nice to spend your holidays here. the bartenders at the pool are great. Wi-Fi works very well. hotel very clean

Generally, you get what you pay for, however The Summer Garden is value for money. Not a big venue, with no live entertainment, although only a few minutes walk to main ***** with loads of bars and restaurant's; prices for drink can be expensive now so check these before deciding. Staff are friendly and helpful, and a special mention to Restaurant Captain RIDVAN. He was very friendly, helpful and assisted us in getting a better room with a view. We met so many people who choose to return to this hotel, so it does hold a special place for those people that are suited to this size of venue, and not looking for a 5 star hotel at 5 star prices. You can be in Gumbet in 15 minutes, and Bodrum in 20 on local bus for peanuts. Go check it out.

I paid £950 for 12 days for myself and my wife,the food was okay not much selection and not much variation but after visiting lots of these 3 star hotels in Turkey we new what to expect. If like some of the others in the hotel I'd booked with TUI and paid £800 each I wouldn't be as neatly as happy. This is not an all inclusive resort type hotel it's more like a b&b that does all inclusive. There's absolutely no entertainment on a night and when we were there in May non during the day either. Don't bring children there's nothing for them to do,Small pool. When this gets full during summer it's going to be crowded. We're over 60s and we make our own entertainment or we go out, but it's going to be expensive if you go out all the time The rooms are cleaned every day, nice sized balcony and literally a 5 min walk to the beach. Ps Salih who does the hammam(Turkish bath)is great and worth a go).
