Our stay at this highly-rated Bodrum hotel was disappointing, tarnishing the end of our two-week vacation in Turkey. From the start, the reception manager, Sahin, was unhelpful. The "Queen's Sea View" room had a shared terrace, and the small "Deluxe" room reeked of smoke, lacking basic amenities like water, glasses, and a working fridge. Intern Mustafa tried to help but lacked support. Dinner was chaotic, with long waits and limited food left. The hotel also had no parking, and the front desk was unhelpful. On the second day, we had to fight to change our smoky room, as our daughters couldn't sleep. Eirkan, the hotel incharge, apologized and arranged a complimentary airport transfer, but it was too late to improve our stay. Overall, the lack of basic hospitality and poor room conditions were profoundly disappointing. I would rate this hotel poor and recommend staying elsewhere.
