This is similar to U.K. but drinks , good and activities much better value . There are many activities easy to book on the app ; live entertainment ; decent resturants and a lovely indoor communal inside area to relax . The pool I’ll be honest isn’t as warm as tropical islands so we felt it but the slides and rapids lots of fun. Rooms are spacious and had a lovely bathroom with shower , whirlpool and sauna. Quiet and. I’ve area to bbq Overall we enjoyed it but one room had no heating so my son was cold most of the time which was a shame and we needed to of booked nearer ideally but overall it was comfortable , friendly and lots to do Archery - clinching good Bowling and sports bar fun with pool. Italian very friendly and good food . Supermarket well stocked reasonable prices . German resturant not great service but food very good

We were very apprehensive about travelling to Germany due to Covid. We had tried to email Center Parcs in Germany before our visit but it took them 2 months to reply to our email. There is no way of contacting them via the telephone. We were at center Parc in Bispingen for 10 nights and were only able to use the swimming pool twice, which we had to book in advance. I understand the difficulty with Covid but we weren’t offered any compensation of vouchers to use on other activities which were very expensive. When we booked center Parcs in Bispingen we expected to be able to use the pool (included in the price) everyday to keep the children entertained. Instead we had to pay out for them to do other activities. They did not cater for English people as all of the entertainment was either in German or Dutch. The accommodation was awful. I had to sleep in the lounge every night as the mould on the bedroom walls affected my asthma. The lodges are extremely damp and we travelled in August with really hot weather. The shuttle which takes you around the park and into town also wasn’t working. I would not return.

We had a great stay and all the family enjoyed ourselves. The park is great with lots of activities to keep with children entertained. We didn’t find the food on site great so either ate in local restaurants (which were good) or cooked ourselves. A few things could have been improved. Laundry - there was one washing machine and one dryer for the entire Parc, THIS IS CRAZY! Visitors have children and need to do washing, you the park can charge for washing and it looks like is space to add more in the washing building. There is also no redundancy if one of the machines breaks. This lack of provision is really irritating, people want to spend their time relaxing on holiday not waiting for a washing machine… There were also no irons available anywhere on site. I had to do a work Zoom call while away so it was frustrating not be be able to iron a shirt at all. The shower was blocked up with hair and gunk and so was flooding the bathroom. It would be great if the maintenance was improved and things like this was checked. Annoyingly some of the rooms didn’t have blackout blinds or shutters and so it was light every early in the morning which meant the children woke up early. This was disappointing and could easily be cheaply addressed to provide a better stay. The non stick pans in the kitchen were old and scratched and needed replacing, especially as this is a health risk. Lastly it was a bit frustrating being in the glorious countryside though being not too far from the A7 motorway there was background noise from the vehicles which was a pity. I hope the small issues that can be fixed will be improved as it would make it a better stay. Overall we enjoyed our time a lot and would return.

Prachtige mooi park met een super mooie natuur zowel op het park als ook daar buiten. Personeel is vriendelijk, behulpzaam en proactief. Naast waar Centerparcs om bekend staat (zwemparadijs) kan je ook genieten van het vele daarom heen. Denk aan de restaurants, het animatieteam te veel om op te noemen.
