B Hotel Bishkek

Amazing view, safe and secure and wonderful guest service. Breakfast needs more variety, but overall it was enjoyable and pleasant. I will be staying B Hotel again and recommend it for anyone in Bishkek short term

When I reserved the room I booked a transfer with the hotel from the Manas airport, and sure enough the driver was ready and waiting for me when I landed. Check-in was efficient, and the room was very large and clean, and comfortably furnished. The room safe, which was too small to fit a laptop, did not work when I arrived but the front desk staff fixed it within 10 minutes. Whenever I had any other requests, the staff were very efficient. The air conditioning in the room was very effective, and he bed was comfortable. The WiFi signal never dropped out. There was a kettle and a fridge. There was a large balcony, with table and chairs, where one could sit and enjoy the balmy Bishkek evening air. The hotel is situated in a quiet part of the city but only a few minutes walk from the central area (Oak Pk, Alatoo Sq etc.). It is 30 mins walk from the Vostochny Bus Station for Marshrutkas to Tokmok (80som), and hence the Burana Tower, and other points east. The hotel restaurant is surprisingly good. Breakfast was very tasty. Food is available all day via room service or a more extended menu is available to eat in the restaurant itself when it is open. About 5-10 mins walk along Zhibek Zholu Prospect there is a good supermarket for snacky stuff. I booked a driver with the hotel to take me to the airport at the end of my stay, and he was courteous and on-time. Overall, its quite hard to find fault with this place – although if I was being picky, the water in the shower could have been hotter. It was a pleasure to stay here.

The hotel is tired, the carpet is stained, the water is hot only after repeated requests, moving to another room, the water warmed up for a short time, there are no slippers, a set for brushing teeth. The staff explains this by taking care of the environment. The mattress is cheap, thin, hard, I didn't sleep well at night in this hotel. The air conditioning system is not working. The price for a four-star hotel does not correspond to reality. I do not recommend it, do not waste money and nerves

Arlan and sultan are so accommodating. Worth the stay in this hotel. Room is clean. Hotel is near to all the mall and in the park it’s accessible to car and walking as well coz its near to all the places

Stayed here 3 nights as part of a Central Asia tour. The hotel is modern and clean. My room is huge!! Big bed, large bathroom with bidet, hot water kettle, safe, mini-fridge, even a nice balcony. I arrived at 2am after a long flight and the staff was friendly and efficient in gettmg me into my room with no hassles. Breakfast is included with a good selection of cereals, cold cuts, breads, juices and cooked to order egg options. I only hope the rest of my trip has hotels like B Hotel here in Bishkek. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location on a quiet street is walking distance close to popular attractions and beautiful parks. Very impressed. I would stay in this hotel any time.

We stayed in a spacious premium room at the B hotel. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. My cooked-to-order Eggs Benedict for breakfast was delicious. BUT, and a very big but, there was no hot water. The hot water was tepid at best, making a shower uncomfortable to impossible.

The room is large, bright, the internet is good, the staff is friendly

We stayed as a group. It is a good hotel at a good spot but...they claim to be a bio hotel. It is understandable but when they accept groups , their breakfast needs to be improved. You need to ask for every single thing and it is very annoying. Either they should only cater to private couples and people or should serve better with the groups.
