Fairly clean, but on closer inspection some improvements could be made: damaged chair fabric, a few cobwebs, bathroom door not clean.

I wasn't told that the bridge connecting the northbound to the southbound Travelodge was closed so when i went out to cross the bridge to catch a bus i couldn't

I recently stayed in the travelodge. When arriving I had car trouble and my car completely broke down. The lady at reception Mandy was so helpful, she arranged a garage to come and recover my car to be fixed. She made an incredibly stressful situation easy, was so friendly and welcoming. It’s staff like this which make a business flourish. Thank you Mandy.

Quiet hotel even though it is on a Motorway services. Near to the rest of the services so you can get food etc, also has a vending machine. Room warm and comfortable and staff (Olga) very helpful. A little difficult to find in the services you have to go left immediately after turning off as if you end up in the main services car park you can’t get back

Very little water pressure in the room so couldn’t actually have a shower, could barely fill the sink for a wash. The noise road noise from outside was constant, obviously this hotel is in a service area of a motorway but much better glazing is required to stop the noise.

Room was clean and tidy as expected. The downside for us was after booking in I took my car to the Gridserve chargers and couldn't drive back to the hotel because it is a one way system. I had to drive north and loop around to get back, quite ridiculous.

Excellent room good access to the A1 and friendly staff! Room was very quiet and clean and I had no complaints whatsoever about the room! Staff kept the room quiet and private and it was very relaxing and peaceful and relaxing and very reasonably priced

Cannot fault the travelodge especially at the price and will always use them . Burger King only food option which was nearly un -edible but was so hungry I had no choice . Would have preferred to stay hungry with hindsight.
