The Birmingham Hotel

Perhaps I should start read them. Bed linen soiled - properly. Too late to mention it on the first night so did so next morning. Asked politely for it to be changed. It wasn’t - but the bed was made. Sadly didn’t check it until almost midnight so again slept in a dirty bed. Asked politely again the next morning. It was changed this time. But the bedroom door was left wide open - with all my property in full view of anyone walking by. Don’t forget it is a fire door so should automatically close anyway. I paid almost £700 for two rooms for three nights. I’d feel hard done by if I’d paid £150! Do yourself a favour. Stay elsewhere.

Booked a deluxe room for 4 nights. Fair hotel znd polite staff, however, the standard of the deluxe room was pretty poor. Ripped curtains, no plug or toilet roll holder, bottom of door panel was hanging off, cracked floor tiles and the bathroom light held in place with silver tape. Not the best for £99 per night.
